I have a bit of a set wedding speech I make when invited to the odd show overseas. It sounds better in other languages but the short summary has the words Care Share Fair. Care about your partner and their needs, aspirations, emotional happiness. Share in what you do, what needs to be done, EQ. Be fair in life and persuing aspirations dreams interests hobbies of yourself and your partner, enabling and supporting them equally, even if it is just a flag waving role. It's a moving target of circumstances, kids, hormones, new thoughts, mental space, sexuality, you name it, so if anything the Contract only represents a starting point, not a definition of terms and expectations to measure against.

Now, the substitutes bench is not that bad a place to be on the days one feels like Cleopatra and calls in the extended posse.

Well, the original and revised lyrics refer to way down upon the Suwanee River, which is one of the few depictions of rivers referred as going down. Most river songs are Up.
So perhaps the down on the river as opposed to up the river is appropriate.

Winter has arrived. Well, winter arrived two weeks ago and rained for a fortnight. This week with calendar winter, it has fined up again and gone back to 23C weather.
So, out and about the place taking advantage of the June clear skies before it gets a little bit colder than this.
The ferry landing on the other side of the river leading to the zoo has some new sculptures installed. A numbat with a bit of frilled neck lizard insiration, with meerkats looking on. The zoo is open again so everyone visiting and getting the numbers up.

We already had a culture of coffee and food vans around parks and even with cafes open again, noone is abandoning those that were open for business all through. Its quite nice sitting on a milk crate and having a coffee and something to eat in the park. There is an overwhelming mood to not go back to the rat race and embrace a bit of relaxed life again in the "new normal".

Beautiful days for beginning of winter swimming. Some of the beach was washed away with the cyclone but it is starting to regenerate again with the tides. Still very nice in the water for a swim and body surf midday as a break from other things.

Tips for best boob angles in the spa. Boobs float and then give them the "chicken fillet" bra treatment with a couple of fingers to poke some volume into them. Us old girls don't have the nice boob fat content of the younguns so need a bit of volume take up!
It's been beautiful sitting outside in the spa while working on a few things. Waterproof covers for ipads are great.

I have been away up in the north of the state finally getting to look at some projects. It was nice to get on a plane after a few months hiatus. A plane part of the way, then pick up one our 4WDs that had been parked up, drive it out to the edge of the desert and then drive it all the way back down here. Fantastic to catch up with some old friends in the indigenous communities. Those communities are health compromised at the best of times, so the leadership of the state in locking down the regions to prevent any spread to these areas was truly enlightened.

In another forum, someone asked if I wore sexy stuff underneath the mining safety gear. Not as a rule. My default is usually a thong but you need something a bit more structured underneath the flameproof heavy duty stuff for this particular set of mines. Not to mention cotton. Some of the "roads" are pretty rough so you are best to lock down your boobs, not to mention that you will rub your nipples raw if they have any leeway to poke against the heavy material seams. So, functional, breathable, but perhaps sexy is in the eye of the beholder.

After a 4 days of driving to get back my arse was pretty flat. Yesterday was a beautiful winters day, starting off a little cloudy then blue sky all day. I quite often post pics of the sunsets here over the ocean, but the dawns facing the other way aren't bad either. Around Perth Water on the Swan River in front of the CBD, it is a 10km round trip using the bridges at both ends so perfect for a stroll or a run.

Today on the other hand is raining cats and dogs, but warm. I had a lunch to go to so started early shaving off a week's worth of leg hair and associated foliage. The dog nearly caused a trauma zone by creeping into the bathroom behind me and barking while I was doing my calves.
After the exercise and fresh air yesterday I had been feeling rather sexy so had an idea of breaking out a quarter cup bra and going boobs up nips out under a blouse and blazer.

I wanted some warmth on my legs but confused it with tights and not stockings and then didn't want to wear knickers today. Anyway I gave up on trying to match it all up and just went with a leggings type outfit under the blazer. Challenge of the day will be wearing high heels for the first time in months and not stacking it. The outfit works better with heels. Bum clenched up, boobs out.

Not that I have been on a long haul plane for months but yes I feel flat in that department with too much sitting in place. I try to balance it out with standing and a lot of walking about the place. Whether my arse actually goes flatter or not is conjecture but certainly a feel.

I hope that's a point of difference for the people I work with and contract to. I speak my mind and talk through what I observe. Equally, I understand some of the conventions and the "system" of how things work, but that just means back room discussions about what I am concerned about. There is a fine line between a select team that can get things done and nepotism. I am on team get things done but there has to be success to stay that side of the line and the moment it robs the shareholder it's curtains.
