Bobby was freshman in university, and a very quiet guy, introvert, just slightly autistic. Someone pointed the advertisement asking for a male babysitter on the wall board as a ridicule, but having no social life he had some free time, had nothing against kids and did need some money, and thought, why not?
Cindy, the mother, she insisted right away to be called by first name, she was a still young beauty who made him blush by hinting why she decided to hire a guy this time, that her husband had problems to control his urges, in the first and only interview. Then again, nothing particularly inappropriate, but he got to see her in casual home clothes before she changed to go out when he arrived. Of course, he got to meet Ted, the father too, and found him to be a nice guy; Bobby couldn't believe Ted could cheat like that.
Kids loved him (because of his endless patience and sincere attitude to them as personalities), and of course, Cindy wanted to know every detail of how their time had went. Then she, jokingly perhaps, asked hadn't Ted tried to hit on him. When Bobby took a deep breath and expressed his doubts Ted could ever on anyone, Cindy stated talking, in way, way too much detail, but Bobby couldn't interrupt. It had taken three girls for Cindy to realize it wasn't the girls fault. The fourth, Annie, she had warned about outright and for a while it seemed she would be able to hold, but then Cindy realized they were just better at hiding it. Wanting to be sure, she started spying on them... told in way too much detail... and meanwhile, kids grow to really like Annie, and asking for her... and... and... tears are flowing in Bobby's shirt... So much insecurities for so little reason, he thought.
He haven't intended it at all, but one thing led to another and eventually he found himself fucking this woman [maybe even losing his virginity, but not so sure that's right], and she liked it. She said, she needed it. So apparently, it was now part of his job description. Not that he complained, only a bit worried about Ted finding out: Cindy says he probably suspects, and she seems to enjoy the reversal a bit too much.
However, Bobby takes his studies seriously and can't be available just anytime to be with the kids. Cindy says not to worry, she will call Annie to see can't she substitute. Bobby is taken aback a little, and what if... Even if so, so what, Cindy responds. It becomes weirder from here, Bobby gets to meet Annie, and turns out he does know her and even had a crush on her. And she's not really hiding being Ted's lover, not from Bobby in any case. He even gets to see a bit too much... When Bobby confronts her about it she reluctantly admits it's mostly business, he's paying her... no, he's her only "client" like that. No, she has no ambition to push Cindy out, they had a talk and cleared it up, it's indeed out in the open, and since she now have a lover of her own... yes, she knows it's him...
...long story short, one evening Bobby, Cindy, Annie, and Ted are all cuddling in bed after wild four way sex discussing best strategy for seducing the current babysitter, a prim and proper Christian school graduate Marie, whom Annie recommended, Ted and Bobby both approved for looks and Cindy recruited.
