It's always a two way street and it's never one-sided. If the black community doesn't take a long hard look in the mirror, nothing will ever change. Remember, we are here after 60 years of trying to help the black community. The effort didn't fail because society didn't do it's part. Single motherhood if a guaranteed ticket to poverty. Is the black community going to commit to the nuclear family? If not, the conversation ends right there. Children must be the product of stable loving parents who are dedicated and personally responsible for their care and development. This applies to all races, but it is more of a problem with the black community. Children are extremely expensive and if you can't afford them, you shouldn't have them. Birth control is cheap and easy- no excuses. Will the black community commit to education as their ticket out of poverty? Will they reject a culture of lawlessness, violence and drugs? Will they declare "All Black Lives Matter"? Truthfully, the proposed "Reforms" only reward weakness and evil. The end result for society will be more turmoil and resentment unless the black community agrees to participate. They can't sit arounf waiting for their reparation check. That's not coming. The community needs to stop hitching their wagon to the Democrat Bullshit Wagon and get to work.

I realize how people would feel like you. Anytime you criticize a group, it's automatically "_____-ism". Yet, I do agree their needs to be reform in the way we police. Cops need to be smarter. They need to stop treating the constitution as an enemy and honor their oath. I've seen a little of that in my community. The cops have said in our local paper, "Stop calling us because you see an unfamiliar person walking down your street or sitting on a park bench. That's not illegal. Try being a good neighbor." I think cops should be held personally responsible for liability in the performance of their duties. Every professional has liability insurance. Cops should too. I think citizens should respect the police and be held acccountable if the assault and batter them. IDK< I don't think I have "toxic" views

The fact is, the world has been working on getting rid of the stereotypes for decades. Trillions from multiple governments EACH have been spent and even more than that by private enterprise.

Yet right now it's all for naught because some prominent people are stoking the fires for their own personal financial benefit.

Further some of your ideas are counterproductive and don't actually fit the facts in the real world. Birth control is a HELL OF A LOT CHEAPER than an abortion. Often women who cannot afford birth control can get it free.

Personally, I think that taxpayer funded birth control should be the norm for women who don't have health insurance. Further, any unwed mother who would otherwise have qualified for government provided birth control who gets pregnant because she didn't take the pill shouldn't qualify for child support or other supplemental programs like WIC.
