They are offensive (IMHO) because only whites produce, direct, write, be main characters or title character, and hold other top-level roles. There are hundreds of films shutting out blacks from the key, top level positions. Hundreds.

Do you remember black actors on the screen as main characters in 'Good Will Hunting' or the remake of 'True Grit'? 'We're the Millers' gave little screen time to anyone not white. These are really good movies but apparently not good enough to include key black actors in primary roles. Reboot Hollywood.

Hollywood is a high-profile, racist, whites-only club that spends a lot of time pointing fingers at everyone else. And they thought rampant pedophilia was the only issue in town.

There are hundreds of classic, celebrated films that give very little to no screen time to blacks like "Thelma & Louise," "Bridget Jones's Diary," "The Imitation Game," and "American Hustle."

There must be a way to develop a grading system for films, online content, television/streaming programs and series, etc. that scores racial inclusion.

That's one idea. Another idea is to identify the race in the credits. That way everyone can decide for themselves if the production companies are racist or not based on inclusion. It would be simple to add the race or national origin to the credits. Examples: Ben Affleck (White) or George Takei (Japanese-American)

Why stop at race? why not identify the sexual orientation and marital status of everyone who worked on a film? And their religion, too! We need to know if all religions are being represented proportionally in a film!
