A woman moves to a different city (region, country) to get a new job and also to meet her male penpal (and get married in case they still like each other in person).
She checks into the hotel where the man works. Everything goes right until the man lets his co-worker (friend, brother) see some of their love games (taking clothes off, touching, kissing). The woman has no objection, so the co-worker is allowed to 'assist' (like to remove her bra/panties, keep her legs spread for her lover, etc. but no penetration or kisses). They practise this several times, and the man notices that the woman gets more attracted to the co-worker and starts ignoring him. He wants to win her back, so he tries to diversify their sex. The problem is that the woman insists on inviting the co-worker. So, the question is who's going to win.
I see the characters between 30-40 years of age, if they are not brothers, they can be of different races/nationalities. I don't see the torture/scat thing and similar, but lots of fingering, toys, oral, taking a shower together, enema, playing with breasts, massage, etc. are great.

Good point. You may change your mind two or three times before the end. And if we tell you, then the story will be ruined for us, who are now heavily invested. Don’t ruin it for your biggest fans before page 1.

It's always best too have an ending in mind. You can always alter that destination as the story takes shape.
