But what would i suggest? Im not in law enforcement so thats a trick question......

I'd either -

A) avoid such complex socio economic dogma by treating all as equal in society.

or

B) use helicopter gun ships and warthog ground attack planes, cut off the water, power and food supplies, play white noise over loud pa systems all night.

or

C) try the met polices fave tactic of kettling protetors, followed by their second (depending on if cameras are about)tactic then shoot or taser the protestors.
