No, but they are required in any kind of outside social gatherings... even if it's in your own yard. That's what I heard anyway.

This is governed by your local jurisdiction. Everyplace has their own rules, but I think a good rule of thumb is to wear them when out in public in a primarily indoor space. I don't think you need to wear them in your own house unless you're expecting people to visit.

I had to call customer service about a recent online order. I could barely hear the lady, but she was pleasant. Generally if I’m not charged and I don’t get part of my order I just let it go, but this time I called because it was a fragrance that was in stock at the time of purchase, and I got no email saying that it wasn’t available.
