The Living Works of Art Challenge

A bit rushed, so not as staged as I was hoping, but I had to work with the time available. A portion of my studio library.

Great thread concept JRPerrone! Thanks for starting this. I have been monitoring since the beginning, had not taken the time or effort to participate 'til now.

It would be fun to set up like the original image, as Wilderness did — bravo!

Need a remote, or a long timer, or a photographer for that. As noted: works with whats we gots.

Actually, I do have a tripod & cable release (how long is that thing anyway? — that's what she enquired heehee) for the good camera... but not he privacy required where the sofa is.

Some of the images have been very well staged and photographed.

since Talikat is the audience, and has seen...
*poof*

Thank you, talikat. :)
It is a photo art book called "Woman" (I simply grabbed one off the shelf)
the other (I selected more purposefully) is "Claudel&Rodin" an art and double biography on the sculptors/lovers, Camille Claudel & Auguste Rodin. I had this book before I was lucky enough to go see a show of both their works at The D.I.A.. So much better to view art "live" and more so with sculpture.

This is an amazing shot

I'll add my takes on Tali's model: two versions because Tali, for some reason, likes to comment on my legs, and these feature one at a time. Otherwise, my theme reflects the times we live in when we can only read about baseball. One is a little darker in isolation. The other has a lighter glow, like a dream of actual ball games.
