I think the smarter and more ambitious would want
to wait it out, pad the resume and not run against
an incumbent. If there had been real blood
in the water, I do not think Biden would
have been first choice.

Remember, they almost got Secretary Clinton elected and now
they've had four more years to seriously go after Trump.

of not taking him seriously twice...
They were much more successful in hiding Hillary's obvious shortcomings and that video of her collapsing on the curb next to her SUV was probably only seen on FOX. As opposed to Joe who we see bouncing off the walls and going nuts all day long. I mean, his friggin' earphone falls out and the hapless fool is seen sitting there demanding somebody turn up the volume. Lord help him.

It won't work to stop Trump from pulling close to 20% of the black vote and don't think Trump won't go after Joe in devastating form in any public debate. In such a forum Joe will be lost. I can't believe he will get that far.

It will be interesting. The lock down and social distancing may prevent an in-person debate even with no audience. Certainly the MSM will support this idea if Biden appears to be losing his marbles worse than he currently is because it will allow them to cover for him.
