Extension of U.S. Remote Work Arrangements

Employees should continue to follow the guidance below and should consult their manager on any questions related to their specific work arrangements.

Employee guidance

· All employees should continue their previously-agreed work arrangements and follow the local protocols that have been established for their locations, seeking approval from their manager for any exceptions.

· Any employee seeking to enter the ******* *** offices in ******* should seek written approval from either ******* ******** or **** *********.

· Employees experiencing symptoms or who have been in close contact with a COVID-19 infected individual must seek medical advice immediately, be tested for the virus, and may be placed under a 14-day quarantine to mitigate possible spread. US Employees in this situation in the should call the 24-hour hotline at 877-502-**** and reference “****.”
