Funny thing, that. Vitamin D is synthesized in the body by exposure to sunlight. Vitamin D is essential for immunological response. Covid 19 victims are consistently found to be deficient in vitamin D. Production of vitamin D is dependent upon absorption by the skin of UV rays, which melanin inhibits. Guess which demographic are getting hit hardest?

Right. Because the old folks in nursing homes, where most of the deaths are occurring, are very unlikely to be outside and are usually deficient in many vitamins and minerals.
 
For a few muttonheads, it is like this thing isn't happening anyplace else in the world, no scientists and infectious disease experts have studied how it transmitted and how the risk of transmission can be minimized, and no other countries have reduced their transmission rates and flattened curves.

Forget the masks, never mind physical distancing, just drink bleach and get a suntan... Cured!

I got 15 heirloom cherry tomato seedlings planted this week, and my lettuce and herbs are coming along nicely. #SummerOfSalads

I keep my herbs in a tower near my front door because I use them so much!

Fun fact: The CDC has figured out that it is not being spread by casual surface contact. Which explains what I long ago pointed out that there have been no cases traced to a guy went through a door after some other guy went through a door. Respiratory viruses live in the lungs so they aren't spread that way. Like Clinton, just don't inhale. It takes prolonged, close contact to inhale a sufficient viral load to cause an infection, and you have to be a suitable host or it withers like unwatered seedlings.

I'm sure that you probably knew everything that you need to to know about this when we were first told about all of the millions of people that were going to die from that. I'm sure that's going to happen next week now that we've opened up.

Every single locale has followed Farr's law and flattening the curve just means extending the interval, the amplitude remains the same. "Flattening the curve" does not mean what you obviously think it means.
