I don't have a problem with her getting around a little bit. She's single. Nothing wrong with going with different people. She comes across is kind of unstable and a bit of a dope, though. That's a much bigger turn off for me, personally.

Some people don't feel they have to keep their sexuality hidden like it's dirty and disgraceful to enjoy sex. That may be the healthier attitude than putting on a façade in public to appease stranger's senses of propriety.

I didn't say she or anyone has to appease me. She can do what she wants. This thread is discussing Miley being "adorable and sexy" and I personally don't find her so. Everybody's different.

People can act however they want around anyone. However I don't act the same way sexually in front of my boss or coworkers, for instance, as I do in front of lovers.

Well, no. You judged her as being "Sad". That's rather more than a statement that you don't find her attractive. That's a value statement about her as a person.
