That's technically, well, not actually totally impossible, but complicated enough to not be practical. There's better ways. Like ghosting, letting him think he's successfully re-joined, but only he himself can see his own posts, no one else. You would think such condition is easy to spot and verify, but allegedly it's working on some other platforms.
