Ours was due to idiots out in parks and other similar places over the weekend, in their thousands. Some places had larger numbers than a hot summer sunday. And yesterday morning kids whose schools had just closed were out in the playgrounds, street corners, causing havoc.

They only have themselves to blame for this total restriction.

After working some alternating shifts, and having quite a bit more free time than I am used to, my full time gig was officially deemed "essential" (haha, essential is not necessarily a way I'd describe myself, but so be it).

So, after just a few days off, and honestly enjoying my time being holed up, I was back to work yesterday. I'm already missing my quiet, peaceful art studio... And just as my creativity was beginning to flow.

But, I did sneak down after work yesterday and did a little more work on my latest oil painting. Hope you enjoy my little escape from reality. I'll post my progress as I get time.
