The 'image' you paint here is incomplete.
You're only giving the most unflattering physical descriptions. This leaves the true image of the man unclear. Perhaps he is the kindest, most loving man in the world. He has dedicated his life to the well being of others. He has known love, and has suffered the pain of lost love.
