Where was that posted? I just checked BB's posting history....nothing was filled by that and under the ban itself it says no reason was given.

On a very serious note, c-virus is going to have a huge impact on the economy. It's largest victim base is going to be the baby boomers. They are mostly in management positions and our medical system has been gearing up to care for them by creating more healthcare jobs. If they all start dying off prematurely then it will create a lot of unemployment in that field. I am not sure about where most of you live but here, most folks work in one of three medical systems. Medical jobs have replaced factory work.

Not really. But I'll admit that Ish is correct. Funding wasn't cut by 80%. Instead Trump fired the Pandemic response team in 2018 - the executive branch team responsible for coordinating a response to a pandemic - and did not replace it. The allocated funding was just depleted and not a direct cut by Trump. Three weeks ago he asked for the money back.

And well he should have. A bunch of worthless bureaucrats that contributed NOTHING, as a matter of fact they got in the way of the professionals at CDC and NHI. They were do nothing fuckwads who were given offices in the WH as window dressing. The NSC doesn't need a "special team" to monitor and micro-manage CDC and NIH. Hope the door didn't hit them in the ass on their way out.
