Go with Welsh Rarebit.

Having lived all over the country I came to expect odd, regional food in various school cafeterias. The cafeteria in Maine had Welsh Rabbit spelled that way on the menu. I tentatively ate it and found it to be palatable but couldn't get the idea of eating a bunny out of my head. It was a couple of decades later that I ran across a recipe and realized what I had actually eaten.

Welsh rabbit is cheese on toast.

Actually, the correct quote from British pundits was that Yanks were ""overpaid, overfed, oversexed and over here".

(Now go ahead and tell us that's neither here nor there..)

And for the record, the Yanks standard reply to the Brits were that they were "underpaid, undersexed and under Eisenhower".

#HereThereAndEverywhere

The Yanks were in Houston, Canada?

Huh. I never realized. In my defence <sic> I am not a British Pundit.

This is truly weird. I just took an hours nap and had a sex dream with a certain someone repeat like 4 or 5 times, it was at the end each time so it was nice. I guess my body really is waiting sex with him. Hopefully soon 🌞 😁

Nice that that someone went on enough to make you lose count.

And never change a point of view :)

No more leaky buildings?

Buildings will always leak.

Way to step on the punchline, Captain Obvious.

If Noor is allergic to RABBIT why would I suggest a dish that contained ACTUAL rabbit as a hypoallergenic ALTERNATIVE?: confused:

I hate rabbit. We used to have it when I was a kid, fucking awful stuff.

Your mom was a poor cook.

I've had rabbit once. A catered barbecue event. I didnt even realize what it was till afterward. I thought it was a drumstick. It was... unremarkable.

I used to raise bunnies for the freezer. They were much better eating than chicken. Perhaps because I fed them more than Purina Rabbit Chow. Some of the tastier ones ate the leftover onion and garlic greens from the garden a week before they took up colder quarters.

I just assumed you were too dumb to recognise cheese on toast.

I have never eaten rabbit, but since I am allergic to them alive and angora, I would be hesitant to try it.

I stopped raising them when cleaning out the cages made my hayfever flare up for a stint of about 3 days.

I just stick with cow, chicken and pig. Don't like lamb either but I will eat it when I have too.

One thing I've never had that I would really like to try is elk. But seeing as how I dont hunt, I dont see that one happening

Fuddruckers hamburger chain has elk burgers on the menu. Much less fat content compared to beef, if you get it order medium rare because medium and above comes out very dry.

It's not uncommon for people such as yourself to make that kind of mistake. Actual IQ and self-assesment of IQ tend to be inversely proportional.

You lack the reasoning capacity to make any sort of accurate assessment of anyone else's intelligence.

I'd explain it further but I get fifty quid an hour to tutor dullards like you.

Oh, I forgot...Bison. Bison is good

Bison is delicious. Meatier than beef.

Beefalo is pretty similar.

Lamb (and mutton) seem a little fatty for my taste. Same with duck. I don't think I have tried goose.

I found it if you grill lamb, seasoned like a beef steak it seems to get rid of that fat oenis and it leaves it with a really delicious. The Maillard reaction gives it this great, Miami flavor.

Lamb, duck, goose! All too gamey for me.

Grilled lamb chops are ok if I must. A little olive oil and Rosemary. Quebec lamb is better than New Zealand.

I had a piece of Bison and a piece of Filet Mignon. I actually like the Bison better.

I'm going to have to try that I like my steak with garlic and rosemary I don't know why I never tried that on lamb but I definitely should.
