What do you think is the best type of breast implant?

Breast implants come in all shapes and sizes and I want to know which you think is best. If you’re unsure the links at the bottom will tell you more but even if you’re not a fan of fantastic plastic gravity defying boobs please vote for the ones you dislike least. I'm gonna go with structured saline. All implants are only good for a limited number of years and as the end of their life expectancy approaches are more likely to leak. It's just what happens. Saline at least won't cause you adverse side effects. The structured part will help them hold and look more natural. Otherwise, you may get one boob that may become slightly misshaped as time wears on. Last I checked, they are only supposed to last a decade anyway.

Sorry I can't vote as there is not a space for what I believe is best, which is what I have. All natural. No implants at all. To me implants are for reconstruction after a mastectomy or other physical injury to the breast.

Mine are a little oversized for me, and create backaches and shoulder issues from the bra straps so I would not want any more weight on my chest.

I don't mean to sound rude, but as a bi-woman I prefer natural breasts on the other woman. I've touched fake ones, and to be honest it was kinda creepy to me — knowing they're not real and the ones I touched felt too hard inside. Sorry for butting in if this question was meant for the male side of the equation.

I did however vote, "low profile," if I don't see it I can't get agitated, and in some rare cases they might as well be indeed reasonable, but it's needless to say that hate the look of the round obvious with passion.

I know being pro-fake boobs is a minority’s view on this site but so many sexual peccadilloes are catered for here so why not this view? Though it’s not entirely sexual in my case. The obvious round boobs are what I am aiming for but hey opposite views and exchanges of ideas are good, right?
