So a double ramble today

First, I ended up watching an investigation discovery show on the Lekeisha Johnson case. Ok, I hadn’t heard this case, but the brief summary is she is a 22 year old single mom of three very young children. She creates a profile on a dating site, falls madly in love with a catfisher who is really a woman looking to steal a child. As the man, kidnapper introduces this woman virtually to his cousin, his mom, etc all actually the kidnapper. Convinces this woman to come with her as the female cousin to meet imaginary love of her life. She brings the youngest child. Invisible Man stands her up, woman takes youngest child for the night, panicking mom, who is now stood up and can’t find her baby all night. But then kidnapper cousin brings back baby and all is forgiven and she is still madly in love with imaginary friend. Then he convinces her to get a ride with another cousin, bringing all 3 kids because he is in the hospital dying and everyone needs to meet. Now this new cousin is not actually part of it. He is catfished too, on the dating site as well, and thinks he is going to get lucky with random woman, but first he needs to bring this other random woman and her 3 kids to the hospital to meet someone Now dude, mom, and kids show up at the hospital. Woman who took her baby the first time convinces her to leave the kids with them again and go into the hospital. She then convinces the man to drive her somewhere, where she takes the kid she wants, and says I will be right back and vanishes into the night. Now mom can’t find her 3 kids, who were with the woman who stole her baby before, but proceeds to sit there crying rather than call the cops. Man is sitting there with 2 kids he kidnapped as he finally realizes things are not right and goes to the police.

1) Is ID fucking with me? Did they twist the story? Most of the show is mom talking or police so seems unlikely, but I know they twist and mangle shit since the show recently made about the murder in my friends circle. Alas, ID was rather factually here. The show indeed includes all the facts that police released.
2) How did it go for that guy? Walks into the police station “um help,um I ended up with these kids while trying to get laid, um long story, but they are crying and that one smells, what do I do, help, what do I do?”
3) How is mom this fucking stupid?
4) The cops initially thought mom must have sold her baby, because again, they could not believe she was this fucking stupid. Wonder their thoughts as they realized she really was that fucking stupid, then had to explain to her that she was that fucking stupid and what happened?

All is well that ends well, woman brought the baby back. Women gets 6 months, Mom probably resumes internet dating.
here is the story in the news https://www.tri-cityherald.com/news/local/crime/article185869218.html
and a preview of what I watched

Next ramble, earlier in the week, the school gave out flyers. Parents had to sign receiving them, then sign them and return. The flyers were about the dangers of hot cars. Important issue, of course, but we were talking school aged children. Well, of course, anything the school hands out in front of kid, kid jacks because it is his school, relevant to him. So that oleads to him having questions like do people really forget their children in cars, do they really die, etc. Then him remind us to not forget him. Which, of course, I say I won’t but then pose a hypothetical, what would you do if you were hot sitting alone in a car. He answers with the obvious, um get out of the car. I pose what if it is locked, his answer is unlock it, and get out of the car. That is kind of my point. It seems weird to make sure parents of school age children are aware of cars get hot, though it brings up a trend that I find disturbing as it seems we have swung too far in another direction. Parents facing criminal charges and some children are being put into group foster homes because parents are permitting or instructing tweens and teens to stay with the car. A mother was charged after her 11 year wanted to stay in the car while her mom grocery shopped. Kid chose this, was not uncomfortable, was not stressed, some random person called the police. even after talking to child, mom was arrested. Eventually, it went down to a misdemeanor. 11 year olds watching siblings, hell there was one that the eldest was 14. I remember a couple years ago where a friend and neighbor left his 12 year old in the car at a gas station while he used the restroom. Cop shows. This 12 year old is a smart ass, so answers the cops questions not as being left in a car, but as in relation to father taking a shit. Does your dad do this often? Like almost every day. Do you get scared when he does it? Only if I need to use the bathroom after him, his shit reeks, yada yada. Dad was almost arrested until a senior cop came for the arrest and was like what the hell are you doing. Some states have no age limit and some specify as high as 15. I used to wait in the car by 9 if I liked the song on the radio. I used to wait with my baby brothers if they fell asleep in the carseat. Have we seriously hit the point where we deem teens and tweens not capable of deciding if they are hot or not? Especially when they have the keys and cellphones. No wonder I look at kids today and think how the fuck did they get to be so incapable of accomplishing basic tasks. Years ago there was a show called Kid Nation. Basically, a reality show where kids 8 to 15 were glamping without adults. I mean obviously adults were everywhere, just not supposed to intervene unless needed. They had film crew, medics, child psychologists etc. Point is 40 kids, many teens, and not a single one knew how to use the microwave. No wonder, if we can’t trust them to know if they are hot or not thus can’t play on their phones in the car while parents grab cereal and milk, how could they hit the 2 key and press start. Yet, no one charges Lekeisha for being really dumb. Does this mean I am expected to take my 12 year olds son into gas station bathrooms if I have to pee, because waiting in the car is just too dangerous. This does not bode well for my future dreams of peeing alone. Did I fuck up by teaching my kid how to wipe his own ass too?

Yeah, America is weird.

I am a HUGE fan of ID, Oxygen and forensic files--pretty much anything related to true crime and forensics.

I think black and white does a great job of creating sensuality in a picture, very nice young lady ;)

I do watch too much true crime. ID is like my background noise lol.

It does.
and thank you.

Nice Saturday titties.

We are all living in Nanny States, kids are not encouraged to take risks or think for themselves.

My kids were both able to cook, basic stuff, clean, sew, knit, use the washing machines etc, by the time they were 14 and their kids will be taught the same. They are taught to be self sufficient. Neither of my two ask for help doing anything, if they don’t know how, they will find out or experiment until they work it out.

happy saturday.

pictures from laying in bed in the dark with an artsy black and white filter cause that'll help

Ok, this one with just a glimpse of your face with that come hither look - yowza! It must be the B&W.
I also like the look as it seems like you could bury your face in your own tits without any effort.

As for ID, part of the reason those shows drive me nuts is because it showcases so many idiots. Same for Jerry Springer type shows. And 90 day fiancée. And I know Kardashians aren’t idiots, but I’ll put in the same category. I know that many are entertained by all of these, but I lack the patience.
And who forgets that their kid is in the car with them? I agree that the law is sometimes going to extremes, but we can blame that on irresponsible parents. I understand accidentally locking the car with kids still in. That can happen (fortunately I never did). But you know they are there and address it immediately.

yeah, we are getting extreme. Of course, my kid got stuck in a tree last night, and need verbal encouragement on getting down (well 50/50 he was lying and was just trying to make me climb a tree)

thank you. yeah it is the B&W and yes I could smother myself with my tits actually. Just not take a picture at the time as I need my hands.

lol. well crime does tend to involve questionable behavior on both parts. Of course, not all, but certain behaviors tend to make someone more likely to be a crime victim. I have never watched the 90 day fiancee or Kardashians.

I actually am more sympathetic and understand how procedural memory can trick both long term and short term memory, but that in no way relates to the lazy tweens who would rather play on their phone than follow mom around to see which cantaloupe she picks. Most especially when if you are in Quaker Hill NY with your 11 year old at the grocery store you are good, but drive that 3 miles to a store in Sherman CT, well that is criminal. Let the tweens not fondle the cantaloupe if they don't want to.

Wtf ok get in the Capri and go to the other side of the lake, tell that bitch HEY that shits mine....she and her old man are probably at Daytona any way..

lol. will do.

Happy Saturday... wishing you a great weekend... :rose::rose:

thank you. you too

True story... I come here for the rants.

lol. so did you enjoy today's pointless lessons.

1) do not bring kids on random internet dates.
2) if someone tries to bring a kid on your random internet date, run
3) tweens are legally required to stare at cantaloupe in certain states
4) I may never pee alone.

Thoughts?

I got to stop drinking coffee when I read your posts..:D

Yes, no reason older kids can’t wait in the car.
As for squeezing cantaloupe, I won’t wait in the car if it means I can squeeze yours (although they are more like watermelons - which I would also happily squeeze).
