Remember: it's no longer "President Trump" - it's "Impeached President Trump"

When they lose on everything, there's always "Oh yeah well he's still President."

I didn't know that was happening today.

What about now? Is Impeached President of The United States of America Donald John Trump still in charge of this fine country? Are you snowflakes still whining about it?

Speaking of losing. . .

You losers are still pretending Hillary didn't lose. Not a week goes by that some nitwit points to the meaningless final talley of raw vote numbers as if winning California is some sort of actually winning.

Trump is still in office, which is every kind of winning, not the least of which is his ability to endlessly irritate all the right people.

I sincerely hope the loser of the 2020 presidential race garners the most votes. Current punditry consensus is that it will happen again, but sadly by a lesser margin. I'd like to see you lose with even MOAR votes in all the wrong places.

I couldn't tell you since I am so rarely wrong. Why do you ask? Are you "asking for a friend?"

Biden, the rich old white nepotistic male is fucked.....the Bernie bro's ain't voting for him, he's the enemy in their eyes.

Enjoy that "progress" comrade.

And on video, the Bernie Bros threaten to burn cities to the ground if they don't win this time, For being the epitome of the left wing socialist movement an awful lot of fascism seems to be leaking out of Bernie's supporters. Are they an organization without an identity?

Hmm.

When they lose on everything, they resort to "Oh yeah, well at least he's still in office."

So, do you add Impeached to Bin Clinton's name?

Is that something you brand him with forever?

I prefer not to utter that name at all. Unlike to w(R)ongs who seem to have it festering in their heads day and night.

Bernie's bros are Communists in disguise, just like Bernie.;)

You can't name another POTUS who broke the law in the way Trump has been shown to have broken the law. Noted.

The House investigation did not identify a single violation of US law by the President, nor did they allege any statute violations of law in their articles of impeachment. In contrast, Independent Counsel Ken Starr identified 11 violations of federal law in regard to the the impeachment of Bill Clinton. This is a sad fact of life you folks are going to have to face when and if you ever become sane again.

"Again" implies that they were sane at one time. Something I am beginning to doubt.

Say what? :)

Except he’s still impeached. Just because the senate doesn’t find the offense rises to the level of removal from office doesn’t negate the fact of impeachment.

Trump and Clinton are impeached for life. The difference is that Clinton got a blowjob and Trump tried to fuck Biden.

Eh, the last sentence was funnier in the read through.

Yes, but the fact that one is impeached by a partisan House process, which "uniquely" alleges no violations of law as required by the Constitution, but is subsequently found innocent of the alleged fake charges by the Senate, leaves the entire issue as a stain on the history of the House and but a mere footnote to the otherwise stellar history of a successful President.

The Constitution requires only crimes as grounds for impeachment, no actual crimes were alleged in the articles of impeachment. That's what.

Nope

But, hey, if you’d like to make comparisons, we can do that all day. Shall we start with when is Trump going to testify?

Since when has anyone been required to testify in their defense?

Shall we start with the basics of jurisprudence dating to before our founding and codified in our founding documents?

You got your faux impeachment which will be seen as far less valid than Johnson's. You've milked the "he's impeached" about all you're gonna get (to no effect,) your clowns will be as disruptive as possible during the Senate trial, and the Senate will formally tell team Dem to fuck off with an acquittal.

Why do you still think you can control the narrative? The narrative didn't work with Americans that matter when you had 100% control the process. You have no control of the process now, why would the narrative be better received?

In a legal opinion released Thursday, the US Government Accountability Office (GAO) found the Office of Management and Budget’s (OMB) decision to keep $400 million in Pentagon assistance to Ukraine for a “policy reason” in violation of the Impoundment Control Act of 1974.

That law was designed to “prevent the President and other government officials from unilaterally substituting their own funding decisions for those of the Congress,” according to the House Budget Committee.

Trump has admitted to putting a hold on the money, but his reasoning has changed. Initially he said he didn’t want to give Ukraine the funds until it dealt with its corruption problem, even though the Pentagon said Kyiv had made enough reforms to warrant the money. Then he said he wanted to wait until European nations also contributed to Ukraine so it wasn’t just the US footing the bill.
