Have you ever been in that weird half sleep, where you can exert control over what is going on. It's real as it gets, though suddenly rather than being a passenger in the dream you get to dictate it's direction. Happened only a couple of times.. though so memorable.

It's amazing what you can get away with in a dream.

It's called lucid dreaming. It can be... practiced, to an extent. The key is to recognize dream as a dream, and not be too forceful about changing it.

Gentle adjustments, nudging works, but even decisions too sane, too calculated can break the dream. But flying becomes possible, and need be, I can turn into a huge monster myself and go after nightmares teeth grinding. Even body swapping, and slipping through walls ghost style may succeed sometimes, as do switching clothes on/off. But deliberately introducing sexual situations, or attempts to control other character's behavior without switching point-of-view are sure ways to crash the dream for me.

I have had some pretty intense sexual dreams, and some extremely weird, but I haven't ever come in a dream, at least not to my knowledge.
