She might be in a sty of pessimism that she enjoys wallowing in more. The pity parties. The bourgeois self-indulgence. My sympathy for such people is limited: 100s of millions have it far worse than her yet they strive and find at least some happiness in life.

(Of course I might be a bit out of my league in my assessment of her.)
