███████████ Impeachment Proceedings On Donald Trump ███████████

Ask yourself why Joe Biden didn’t tell Hunter to get the hell off the Burisma Board before demanding the firing of Shokin.

Instead, Joe got Shokin fired and Hunter got to keep his do-nothing job and million bucks a year for another three years.

In other words, the House Intelligence and Judiciary Committees just wasted a whole lot of time and money
investigating the WRONG person.

The person guilty of bribery, corruption and abuse of power is Joe Biden.

While living in one of the most left leaning states......which I got the fuck out of because it's collapsing into a shit hole.

What's your point??

The Committee vote is over, and Trump continues his Tweet storm.

More thoughts and prayers for the President's colon.

House approves two articles.

It will be fun to re-visit the "he'll never be impeached" comments soon.

:) :) :)

Trump has already started pushing the Senate to bring in witnesses to try to make this about the Democrats, but the legal beagles in the Senate don't want to risk bringing in witnesses who might end up saying something they don't like. They just want an acquittal vote, with no pandering to Trump's Perry Mason fantasies about the proving "perfect" phone call.

He finally accomplished something all on his very own.

Tax Cut was all GOP.

Obama gifted him a great economy.

There's no wall, no infrastructure, no beautiful health care, no return of coal. America is not great but a laughingstock.

This is literally his one accomplishment all by himself. To fuck up so bad he gets himself impeached. What a loser.

You don't quote a left-leaning state to give authority to yourself. You do quote articles from universities. That's the difference. And UC Berkely is not collapsing into a shithole and you haven't "left" it--you're still referring to it as your ultimate proof of being right. So nice try at muddying the waters. Texas at Austin is a known left university, Stanford less so.

Therefore, you are no different from Republican scum who attack the Fake News media, but introduce articles from the NYT and WaPo into the Congressional Record to provide authority when they need it.

Also, to return to another attempt to muddy the waters:

UC Berkeley and all "liberal" colleges are routinely described as being anti-free speech by the right, which you've admitted you are (TM). It's the university themselves which are under attack for supposedly disallowing certain opinions and speakers. In order to deflect from your blatant hypocrisy, you tried to shift the blame to "Anti-fa" while leaving the universities themselves free from blame.

Wrong. Anti-fa does not choose courses, professors, or speakers. Anti-fa does not have the authority universities have. You don't cite Anti-fa in "academic articles." The "anti-free speech" canard has no value if it's just referring to protestors who have no authority over anyone.

You brag about attending radical left schools, but uh oh, you know you're on the record bitching about how much "the left" hates free speech. Oh wait, you didn't mean your alma mater! UC Berkeley Luuuuuuvs Free Speech! You were only talking about Anti-fa!

So either you admit Lefty Universities are NOT "Anti-Free Speech" or you admit being a hypocritical turd.

Yea, I do LOL...I point to California all the time as a source of DEMONSTRABLE failure of "progressive" leftist policy.

I quote academic papers and references to support my arguments...which send you progressives to the fuckin' MOON, and I love it :D

And UC Berkely is not collapsing into a shithole and you haven't "left" it-

I didn't say it was....and never said I did in the metaphorical sense.

I said California was, and I left the state...learn to read CF.

So either you admit Lefty Universities are NOT "Anti-Free Speech"

The only universities I've ever accused of being anti free speech are the handful of private U's that were shown to be punishing/penalizing/suspend/ban students for voicing an opinion they didn't like...such as Evergreen, which is insanely woke, progressive and radically left. But their own business and of no concern to me. They're just a good real world example verifying that radical lefties can in fact be anti-free speech.

Again, UC =/= AntiFa...no matter how much it pisses you off.

Now bias is a whole other subject, I have pointed to their behavior/policies that demonstrate a political bias, again not the same as anti-free speech.

I'm sure you'll try to conflate the two though because muddying the language is the preferred tactic uneducated folks and why they get so fucking pissed when the dictionary and encyclopedia come out :D

Well, not very carefully if you think that image posted was ascription.

Incorrect. If it weren't ascription she wouldn't have had to write all the extra "what he really means is" bubbles in.

Trump clearly asked for an investigation of a political opponent in exchange for Javelin missiles.

No he asked for a foreign nation to do an internal investigation of some shady as fuck activities inside of THEIR nation involving US officials who happen to be political opponents before we gave them weapons/money.

It's really not the most outrageous or out of line thing unless you're a (D) who wants NO investigation into what the Bidens have been up to in the Ukraine (why is everyone on team (D) so scared?) and TDS'ed out enough to be part of the "Trump must go at any cost" movement desperate to make a mountain of any mole hill they can find.

It was our money, not his money to give. Our representatives voted to give them the money, and our Departments of State and Defense cleared the way for our money to be given them for their defense.

Nobody said it was his to give.

I know it pisses you off to no end but the House of Representatives is not the ultimate authority in all things, but only when (D)'s hold it, that's just not how shit works in this country.

POTUS is head of state and in charge of executing the laws passed by congress and thus does have some authority to decide how to go about executing them whether you like it or not.

That means unless the courts have already ruled on such a case (and idk if they have or not but I don't think they have) if he wants to delay issuing them our money and especially weapons until the Ukraine checks their shit, I don't see any reason why he couldn't, and if given good cause, challenge it in court.
