Trump tweets he will ‘temporarily hold off’ plan to have the US military cross the border into Mexico

That's white of him.

President Donald Trump has called off floated plans to use U.S. military for cross-border incursions into Mexico.

In November, Trump floated the idea, which was blasted as “deranged.”

But in a Friday evening news announcement, Trump tweeted he would “temporarily suspend” the plan.

“All necessary work has been completed to declare Mexican Cartels terrorist organizations,” Trump tweeted. “Statutorily we are ready to do so. However, at the request of a man who I like and respect, and has worked so well with us, President Andres Manuel we will temporarily hold off this designation and step up our joint efforts to deal decisively with these vicious and ever-growing organizations!”

I'm sure the Pentagon has an opinion of this derangement.:D

‘It’s only $4.99 per month’: Trump urges supporters to sign up for network that went to Ukraine with Giuliani

President Donald Trump on Friday night urged his 67 million Twitter followers to pay for a monthly subscription to watch Facebook video from a far-right Fox News competitor.

Shortly after 10 p.m. eastern, the commander-in-chief retweeted a solicitation from the One America News network.

One America News sent the tweet on August 9th — almost four months before Trump retweeted their appeal.

This is the same network that accompanied Rudy Giuliani to Ukraine this week as part of his pushing of conspiracy theories that originated from Russian military intelligence.

Sign up for a full year and get a PhD from Trump University at no extra charge!:)

#LetLevSpeak: Giuliani henchman’s attorney explains why his client wants to testify against Devin Nunes

An attorney for indicted Rudy Giuliani associate Lev Parnas warned Rep. Devin Nunes, R-Calif., that “Lev remembers” their phone calls — even if the Intelligence Committee’s top Republican does not.Phone records obtained from AT&T and released in the Intelligence Committee’s impeachment report revealed four phone calls between Nunes and Parnas on April 12, amid the smear campaign that ousted then-Ukraine Ambassador Marie Yovanovitch, including one which lasted longer than eight minutes. Parnas, who played a key role in Giuliani’s hunt for damaging information on former Vice President Joe Biden, was later indicted on campaign finance charges. Prosecutors have said he is still under investigation for more crimes. However, Nunes now claims that he cannot not recall speaking with Parnas.”You know, it’s possible, but I haven’t gone through all my phone records,” Nunes told Fox News host Sean Hannity on Tuesday. “I don’t really recall that name, but it seems very unlikely that I would be taking calls from random people.”

Bondy has urged Congress to schedule an interview with his client in the impeachment probe, vowing that Parnas would provide investigators “hard evidence” of Trump administration wrongdoing.

Bondy asked a judge on Monday to allow him to turn over phones and electronic devices obtained by federal investigators to Congress in compliance with the House subpoena issued to his client in the impeachment probe. The Department of Justice’s prosecutor said he would not oppose the materials from being turned over to Congress.

Rep. Steny Hoyer, D-Md., the No. 2 Democrat in the House, said there would be discussions over whether to discipline Nunes over the “serious questions” raised by the phone logs. House Armed Services Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Smith, D-Wash., said an ethics investigation into Nunes’ actions was “quite likely.”

Team Trump wants to steal another election — and there’s only one way to beat them back

The ways that Trump has grifted his presidency are too numerous to deal with here, but let’s just take his golf outings as an example. Last weekend, Trump made his 227th and 228th visit to one of his golf resorts, according to Trumpgolfcount.com. According to a recent article in Forbes, Trump has spent somewhere between $105 million and $108 million in taxpayer dollars playing golf since taking office. If he is re-elected and continues playing golf at the same rate, the bill to taxpayers at the end of eight years in office could top $340 million.

Trump doesn’t think he can win with Brad Parscale, so he tried to get Volodymyr Zelensky to chip in and help, and he tried to use $400 million of our taxpayer dollars as a bribe. He stole the election in 2016 with the help of Vladimir Putin, but his time he got caught. This is what Democrats should be running on for 2020. Trump is a cheap, money-grubbing thief who is enriching himself off the presidency, and he’s trying to steal another election to keep the grift going. That’s why he’s being impeached. We can win the 2020 election with that argument.

Donald Trump Is 'Desperate' For Melania Trump's Approval, According To New Biography
Inquisitr | Sat Dec 07, 2019 22:18 UTC

CNN reporter Kate Bennet is publishing a new biography focused on Melania Trump , and among the shocking revelations in Free, Melania: An Unauthorized Biography , is that the president is "desperate" for the First Lady's approval so much so th ...

GOP governors are refusing to do Trump’s bidding and ducking him on the campaign trail

On Saturday, Maggie Haberman of The New York Times profiled how President Donald Trump is having less luck whipping Republican governors into line than Republican senators, including governors who arguably owe their election to his support.

“In Florida, Mr. Trump’s aides helped save the flailing candidacy of Ron DeSantis in the 2018 Republican primary, and then the general election,” wrote Haberman. “Also last year, in Georgia, Mr. Trump helped pull Brian Kemp over the finish line in both the primary and the general election. In both cases, Mr. Trump’s advisers implored him to stay out of the primaries, and he agreed to — only to surprise his aides by jumping in to support Mr. DeSantis and Mr. Kemp.”

But while both candidates have governed as right-wing hardliners, they have largely avoided unnecessary interaction with Trump and have at times even clashed with him. DeSantis has told reporters he will not have a great deal of time to spend campaigning for the president in 2020, and even ordered Trump’s campaign to fire a Florida strategist he viewed as disloyal. Kemp, meanwhile, caused a stir by openly defying Trump’s order to appoint anti-impeachment ally Rep. Doug Collins to the vacant Senate seat left by Johnny Isakson, instead appointing businesswoman Kelly Loeffler, which led to a circular firing squad between Georgia Republicans and Trump allies.

That old Trump Toxin has them in it's spell! :)

Trump announces Rudy Giuliani ‘wants to go before Congress’ and testify about his Ukraine dealings

President Donald Trump on Saturday said that his personal attorney, Rudy Giuliani, wanted to testify before Congress.

Speaking to reporters as he departed for a Republican fundraiser in Florida, Trump praised the former New York City mayor.

“Rudy, as you know, has been one of the great crime fighters of the last 50 years,” Trump said of his lawyer, who is reportedly under federal investigation for breaking the law.

“And, he did get back from Europe just recently and I know — he has not told me what he found, but I think he wants to go before Congress and say, and also to the attorney general and the Department of Justice,” Trump said.

Well an upstanding former federal prosecutor has something got say to Congress?

Will he bring his own shovel, or a manure fork?:)

President Trump publicly comes out against childbirth in the ninth month of pregnancy: ‘It is wrong!’

That has got to be the stupidest thing he has said yet!

But watch Dump and BB say something equally stupid.:)

This was first said in Jan. 2018 at the pro-life group March for Life’s 45th annual rally. His first sentence is true, so I guess everything he says isn't a lie. Althouigh, technically, all 50 states allow birth at 9 months. Apparently it made so much sense to him, he decided to repeat it.

Rudy Giuliani’s devotion has escorted Trump straight to impeachment

“Step by step, [Rudy Giuliani] has escorted President Trump to the brink of impeachment,” The New York Times said in a piece following the president’s top lawyer and his impact on the scandals facing the 45th president.

“The separate troubles he has gotten his client and himself into are products of the uniquely powerful position he has fashioned, a hybrid of unpaid personal counsel to the president and for-profit peddler of access and advice,” The Times said Sunday.

In the impeachment investigation of President Richard Nixon, the phrase “follow the money” was the key path that led to the president. In Trump’s case, it seems to be “follow the Rudy.”

“Each modern impeachment saga — of Richard M. Nixon, Bill Clinton and now Mr. Trump — has been shaped not by grievances over policy differences, but by human vanities and appetites. In this case, those include Mr. Giuliani’s, which have run in strong currents for decades, unconcealed,” The Times continued.

“He doesn’t just like the spotlight,” said ex-wife Judith Giuliani. “He craves it for validation.”

“These morons,” Mr. Giuliani told the Atlantic in an interview. “When this is over, I will be the hero.”

He will be known as the Hero who sank the USS TrumpTanic!:D

‘A damn liar’: Bill Barr ripped for ‘playing clean up for Trump’ after release of IG report

Attorney General William Barr massaged the findings of the Department of Justice investigation into the origins of the Russia probe — and legal experts and other social media users were appalled.

The attorney general claimed this report, like special counsel Robert Mueller’s investigation, had cleared President Donald Trump of wrongdoing, and insisted the probe had found the FBI had conducted an improper investigation of his 2016 presidential campaign.

“The Inspector General’s report now makes clear that the FBI launched an intrusive investigation of a U.S. presidential campaign on the thinnest of suspicions that, in my view, were insufficient to justify the steps taken,” Barr said in a statement. “It is also clear that, from its inception, the evidence produced by the investigation was consistently exculpatory.”

It's enough to embarrass John Mitchel!

Louie Gohmert threatens to impeach Joe Biden in hearing meltdown: ‘We’ve already got the forms’

Rep. Louie Gohmert (R-TX) blasted House Democrats on Monday for what he said were “kangaroo” impeachment hearings.

‘I’m going to use my five minutes, not to ask questions,” Gohmert complained to a House committee hearing arguments for and against the impeachment of President Donald Trump.

“I’ve been in some kangaroo hearings in courts, not my own, but I have been mistreated in hearings before, but I have never seen anything like this,” the congressman insisted.

In a way I agree with Screwy Louis, I've never seen Congress Critters ignore their oath before to protect the Constitution.

Ex-FBI lawyer Lisa Page takes victory lap after IG report clears her of conspiracy to frame Trump

Former FBI lawyer Lisa Page, who has been a target of frequent criticism from President Donald Trump, is taking a victory lap after Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report cleared her of any wrongdoing.

Page was accused by both Republican lawmakers and the president himself of being part of a “deep state” plot to undermine Trump after it was revealed that she sent text messages that disparaged Trump during the 2016 presidential campaign.

Lisa Page @NatSecLisa

The sum total of findings by IG Horowitz that my personal opinions had any bearing on the course of either the Clinton or Russia investigations? Zero and Zero.

Cool, cool. /end

‘The president can’t read’: Trump mocked for saying IG report was ‘far worse than I ever thought possible’

Responding to the Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report regarding the FBI’s investigation into Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign and Russia, the President lashed out at the report’s conclusions, calling them a “disgrace.”

“They fabricated evidence and they lied to the courts. This was an attempted overthrow and a lot of people were in on it, and they got caught,” Trump said, adding that it as “a very sad day” and “probably something that’s never happened in the history of our country.”

HUD Withholding Hurricane Aid To Puerto Rico Until It Investigates Joe Biden

While it's unlikely to make it into the articles of impeachment against Donald Trump, you could make a pretty good case that his treatment of the US territory of Puerto Rico rises to a pretty high crime, especially considering the thousands of American citizens who died in the months following Hurricane Maria in 2017 waiting for electricity and disaster relief. And all the time Trump insisted he was Puerto Rico's best friend. But it didn't happen on the mainland, and Trump's pretty sure Those People are just cheating real America, and honestly, it's so hard to keep up with all the horrors while the world is burning down around us.

More evidence that the president of the United States is happy to consign American citizens to hellish conditions because they're of no political use to him: Thursday, Democrats accused the administration of illegally holding up already-appropriated aid to the island. Nobody in the White House or the Department of Housing and Urban Development will say exactly why the aid is being held up, although at a hearing in October, after HUD missed a first deadline, HUD officials said the agency simply wanted to make sure "corruption" in the territory's government wouldn't prevent the aid from reaching the people. Obviously, it's much better to withhold the aid altogether to learn 'em a lesson.

Three months later, the agency still isn't allowing the aid to move, and nobody's saying why. At Thursday's presser, Rep. Joaquín Castro, the head of the Congressional Hispanic Caucus, said HUD officials, including Secretary Ben Carson, "knew their actions were illegal and yet they did it anyways," noting it's now been "over 90 days since the Trump administration knowingly broke the law by failing to comply with the deadline."

Carson too has echoed Donald Trump's line that Puerto Rico is simply too corrupt to receive any federal disaster funding, but Rep. Price isn't buying it, pointing out that a recent Inspector General report found that while Puerto Rico's housing department could use some improvements in how it does things, the IG also found no evidence of corruption. Beyond that, Price points out, the congressional funding bill already requires HUD to monitor the reconstruction funding as it's spent, and the IG has structures in place to do such audits.

So what's the continued holdup?

Why can't the Trumpski Administration obey the law? Is it something in the White House Plumbing?

Why can't the Trumpski Administration obey the law? Is it something in the White House Plumbing?

I'm sure the board Trumpettes could help you on that. They have the same lack of ethics and morality.

IG Report Takes 476 Pages To Destroy Every Conspiracy Theory In Trump's Stupid Leaking Brain

Big news, everyone, and it is that Donald Trump believes a lot of things that aren't true. We know. We were surprised and upset by this development too.

You probably already know that the much-heralded inspector general report from Department of Justice IG Michael Horowitz has been released, and in 476 pages it confirms absolutely nothing that Donald Trump and Republicans have been saying about it. There was no Deep State plot against Trump, the Russia investigation was opened for completely correct and non-politically-biased reasons, spying did not occur, Bill Barr, and aside from a few fuckups with Carter Page's FISA applications, everything was on the up-and-up.

Oh, this must burn! Why, it's burning Fox News idiots so much that they've chosen to just lie about what's in it, since they know the Venn diagram of "people who read things" and "people who watch Fox News" is just two circles that aren't even on the same piece of paper, that's how unlikely it is they'll ever meet. (Chris Wallace was a notable exception. He told the truth on Fox News.)

But, but, but...Bill Barr said...

Chris Wallace: IG Report ‘Didn’t Find The Things That Bill Barr And Donald Trump Alleged’

President Trump’s favorite network on Monday reported some news that he may not like on the Justice Department Inspector General’s widely anticipated report released Monday.

During an appearance on Fox News within minutes of the Justice Department inspector general report’s release Monday afternoon, Chris Wallace reported that “the headline is they didn’t find the things that Bill Barr and Donald Trump alleged.”

Trump and his allies on the right have long alleged a “deep state” bias on the part of the FBI, homing in on former FBI officials Lisa Page and Peter Strzok.

The report, which focused on the origins of the Russia probe, found that there was sufficient evidence to open the investigation into members of President Trump’s 2016 campaign and that political bias on behalf of FBI employees did not play a role into the launch of the investigation. However, the report also found that there were “significant inaccuracies and omissions” in the application to surveil former Trump campaign adviser Carter Page.

After saying that the inspector general found that there was no political bias by former FBI Director James Comey or his former deputy Andrew McCabe, Wallace argued that the report itself shows that “it was proper to launch the investigation” and to seek a warrant on Page.
