Oh but we do! We all have pictures of Exaulted President Donald Trump in our homes, and meticulously dust them every day. Every day, on the way to school, children bow in front of pictures of our dear Exaulted President. We stand in lines for hours in freezing snow and rain just to catch a glimpse of him, and in our spare times we compose songs of praise for our dear Exaulted President. Are you questioning our loyalty? Hopefully your own children won't turn you in to one of our Exaulted President's re-education centers, which are for your own good so you can learn, once again, to love and serve our dear president, who looks for us with fatherly care. We all obey him and serve him, working tirelessly for capitalist economic construction- at the cost of our lives.

Did it occur to you for one moment that we can disagree without you accusing me of hating America?
It seems to be the fallback for you guys. It's getting kinda old. And ridiculous. According to that logic, easily over half (and sometimes even 3/4 - depending on the issue) of American citizens hate America.
How practical is that?

You hate America! That's the only reason all of this is happening. Trump is already the greatest POTUS ever and the will of the people is to let him do what he wants.
