1. Money - probably why she got into porn in the first place

2. Couldn't find anything else to do and needed money

You don't see that many ex-porn stars doing main stream jobs after they retire and very few bank their money while they're making it.

How many porn stars have made the transition to main stream jobs? Very few that I'm aware of.

There is one that runs a clinic for porn stars, she acted in the 70's and 80's. But most retire and just fade away. Or they find jobs somewhere behind the camera in the industry.

In any case without the proper education, most performers could never find a mainstream job that could provide them with a comparable income. Add the fact that many of them are sex addicts and you have the perfect recipe for recidivism.
