Do many of you out there write about your own life experiences.
I am new to the site and I’m looking forward to writing some of my own.

I've thought about writing stories about my Bull experiences.

All of my stories are 100% true. Everything except the sex, of course.

I have lots of stories to tell about our past experiences after we took a trip into the world of swinging.
Hopefully I will make a start soon putting pen to paper, I'm quite excited about re-living the experiences as I write them.

None of my stories are true. they might be initiated by a memory of an encounter or a person I know, but completely fictionalized. I've had some amazing experiences, but somehow I don't find them quite as tantalizing writing about as fantasies. I prefer pushing my imagination rather than my memory...

Majority of my stories are based on really people I know and the tale of how they come to be together. Of course I'm not sure about exactly how they had sex that's based on my own life experiences.. Unless I've watched them go at it.
Obviously like any other writer I embellish to add dramatic effects to the story line.

That is what I came here to do, butt...

My husband talked me into opening a Literotica account because he has wanted me to write my sexual autobiography. I do think that real life stories about sex are more meaningful then fiction. In fact one thing I don't like about most stories on Literotica is that they are not only fiction but a departure from the way things are in real life. Often to an absurd degree.

However, I have no writing experience or skill and I have found it hard to write a sexual auto biograph. With fiction you and invent whatever you want but with a person's actual life I find it hard to know what to include and what to leave out. I struggle over how much background is needed and other issues like that.

So far every time I start writing I end up deleting it. Meanwhile I have been distracted with sex chat and PM. I did not realize that sex chat would be fun when I opened my account. Also, I use what little time I have for Literotica doing stimulus response experiments on the GB in an effort to understand Liberal thinking. I keep hoping that there is a cure and that I can help find it.

If I were doing what you are speaking of (writing your sexual autobio), I would consider writing it with yourself in a third person kind of way. Writing about this woman who has these adventures. Pretending it is a kind of fiction as you are not writing about yourself (even though you are). Kind of 'based on a true story'. I feel like that would free me from identifying so closely with the hero(ine) that your feelings and reservations get in the way. That way you can include what you think the story requires, not necessarily what your yourself require. Not sure that makes sense, but it came to mind.

p.s. Like you, I have gotten diverted from writing or other activities when I am spending time in the Lit Chat rooms; so addicting! :)

I've written stories elsewhere that were loosely based on my own life or experiences of friends.

But alas, I can't grow a dick by magic so most of many of the stories I've written are purely from my imagination.

I've never submitted a story here, but sometimes I write a few paragraphs about a particularly exiting experience just to relive it...embellished of course! I do it for my own pleasure and don't think I could come close to the quality of story writers here.

Many of my settings, characters, and storylines are based on real places, people, and events. Some include straight reporting. Much is totally invented, or written as puzzle pieces (why do they break the taboo?) or extrapolations (what if?) or lurid fantasies.

I visualize the vast LIT audience as mostly seeking entertainment, not news reports, so I try to twist reality into something fairly hot. Writing actual true stories of my life would be... imprudent. Tell of my many fuckups? Nope. I slip them in, disguised, for flavor, blaming someone else. I mostly leave out politics, too -- don't kill arousal.

I recently joined to write about my true experiences too. But now that I’m here I’m thinking it’ll be fun to start writing some fiction also!
