It seems that some people here just can't get along with others. I was laying in my coffin before sleep and my heart was troubled. I see so many delightful people here, yet so much drama. I want an end to this drama. Some people might say it's just the tiny feelinged, no sense of humour folks who are getting their dicks twisted. I wouldn't agree. All feelings matter.

So after some deep thoughts, I have brought a solution. We all need to take personality tests to understand one another better.

This is an excellent test that's pretty accurate, in my experience.

https://www.9types.com/rheti/index.php

It takes about 5 minutes (10, if you're an idiot).

But I think it would be interesting to see the types of personalities people have here. I'll put a poll up. After you take the test, let us know. It will help me better moderate the behaviours of some of the assholes around here. I'll be able to explain what this person needs emotionally and... Problem solved.

Lord Pmann's Results

Type 1: Reformer- rational, idealistic type- 7
Type 2: Helper- nurturing, caring type- 0
Type 3: Motivator- adaptable, success-oriented type- 7
Type 4: Artist- intuitive, reserved type- 3
Type 5: Thinker- perceptive, cerebral type- 3
Type 6: Skeptic- committed, security oriented type- 4
Type 7: Generalist- enthusiastic, productive type- 2
Type 8: Leader- powerful, aggressive type- 6
Type 9: Peacemaker- easygoing accommodating type- 4

Well, I'm sure you're all recovering from the shock of my score of 0 on the Type 2 dealio. I'm going to give you a moment to breathe there.

I feel these results are bang on. I think my three highest are pretty much a really good description of my strongest personality types. They call this the Delightful Type.

Type 1: The Reformer. The rational, idealistic type.- 5
Type 2: The Helper. The caring, nurturing type. 3
Type 3: The Motivator. The adaptable, success-oriented type. 4
Type 4: The Artist. The intuitive, reserved type. 4
Type 5: The Thinker. The perceptive, cerebral type. 5
Type 6: The Skeptic. The committed, security-oriented type. 5
Type 7: The Generalist. The enthusiastic, productive type. 2
Type 8: The Leader. The powerful, aggressive type. 4
Type 9: The Peacemaker. The easygoing, accommodating type. 4

Many of these were tough choices, and I made myself answer them according to actual face to face *real* life, as opposed to social media interaction; wherein I am more expressive, transparent, and outgoing.

6, 7 and 8... I scored 5 each.
2, Helper, I scored 7.

The test was stupid. It wasn’t an either/or, and I react differently depending on the situation and people.

Why is a skeptic a committed, security-oriented type? Committed to what? That's not my definition of skepticism.

I would argue their classification works. Skepticism helps insulate one from disappointment, basically. Optimism comes with a lot of failure.

That's how personality tests work. They force you to choose. God that's such a Type 2 thing to say.

Blade and I are the only rational group in the bunch of you nurturing little fuckers.

Not overly surprised with my results. Agree, some were hard to answer based on neither description fitting, but was interesting.
Dare i say it, an interesting idea for a thread Pmann.

Dude; did you just assume my rationality? Ironic; I'm the penis possessor here in a dress, heels and makeup.

:D

Couldn't help it... But yeah; That was a weird jaunt through what I perceived to be an array of my faults. Not happy with myself for some of those answers, but, oh well.

I also found myself asking several times...are we talking about 20-35 year old me or the more seasoned, humble version of today? Some of those made me feel a bit dickish; realizing I wasn't the most understanding person a few years ago, and my harshness kept a fence around me.
That's evolved a LOT over the past ten years. Hiding deep dark, lifelong secrets will do that to ya.
I've learned to bite that lip more often when I don't understand something, rather than assail it from my point of vantage, which may be ignorant of circumstances.

Dude, I got a 1 on nurturing!

Ok. You can pee on the snowflakes with me.

Did you make this thread to find your Momme, little p?

Dude, I'm not identifying that way today. See the black text? Capital letters???

Of course it's an interesting idea.

Now, perhaps you understand what makes me tick and you won't hate me so much. :rose:

You and I... We are just the Yin and Yang. Sonny and Cher. Chlamydia and Doxycycline.

Thinker/Peacemaker. Not unduly surprised by that. Some of the questions were a bit "don't want to pick either". But a fair assessment, I'd say.

My three highest scoring categories are:

Type 3: Motivator- adaptable, success-oriented type
Type 7: Generalist- enthusiastic, productive type
Type 9: Peacemaker- easygoing accommodating type

Reasonably accurate. I'm a hippie cheerleader who wants you to get off your butt and make the farmer's market the biggest success ever! If that's what you want to do.

Helper - 7
Artist - 6/Generalist (enthusiastic) - 6
Peacemaker - 5

Leader - 1
Reformer (rational) - 1

No surprises there! :D
