"Your star witness at these impeachment proceedings
is a whistle blower and you refuse to release his name!"

No, that's not true and he's here today.

"Well, point to where he is and tell us his name!"

He's sitting right over there and his name is Ernest P. Worrell.

"Ernest, do you have anything to say?"

Yes... Does anybody have a napkin?

"Ernest, are you refusing to testify?"

No, it's just that I'm a little busy right now. Just give
a couple of minutes and I'll be fine.

It seems the dems haven't quite snapped to the fact that everything they're doing revolves around the Biden's activities in the Ukraine. That being the case, the Biden's have to be cleared of ANY wrong doing before Trump can be convicted. Something the dems are steadfastly ignoring.

...At the heart of Congress' probe into the president's actions is his claim that former Vice President and 2020 Democratic frontrunner Joe Biden strong-armed the Ukrainian government to fire its top prosecutor in order to thwart an investigation into a company tied to his son, Hunter Biden.

But sources ranging from former Obama administration officials to an anti-corruption advocate in Ukraine say the official, Viktor Shokin, was ousted for the opposite reason Trump and his allies claim.

It wasn't because Shokin was investigating a natural gas company tied to Biden's son; it was because Shokin wasn't pursuing corruption among the country's politicians, according to a Ukrainian official and four former American officials who specialized in Ukraine and Europe...

Biden's own statements as well as statements from Burisma officials support probable cause to believe otherwise.

The same people that are claiming hearsay testimony, some of which was third hand, proves impeachable offenses are insisting that despite strong, circumstantial evidence and a direct admission by Joe Biden about his quid pro quo, Hunter's direct admission that there was no other reason than his last name for his remuneration, and Burisma's directors audience with Kerry because of Kerry's stepson's Biden/Archer association is "no evidence of wrongdoing."

It's hard to see how they can maintain both, conflicting narratives.

The reason is simple, they are applying "presumption of innocence" to the Biden's while applying "presumption of guilt" to Trump. This is merely a continuation of "RussiaGate" and Kavanaugh.

When this is over they'll try to find something else assuming they aren't so busy covering their own asses after the IG report is out and Durham seriously rolls up his sleeves.

Given how long the IG has allowed them to drag out "reviewing" and commenting on his report, I tend to doubt much will see the light of day. The exact same assholes that insisted on every line in the Mueller report being made public are going to have zero problems with massive redactions.

If they didn't have double standards they wouldn't have any standards at all.

I wouldn't be too sure about that Con. The word on the street is that the reason the report has been delayed is due to the fact that as more came to light more and more DOJ people are "rolling over" and coming forth with new info in return for consideration of their "cooperation."

Barr was in town a couple of days ago regarding the operation I posted about some weeks ago and had some pointed things to say about the courts here in NM. It's clear that he's not prone to political speak and is not a person to be trifled with. I don't believe that the report is going to be some watered down CYA document.

Come 2020 the Demo's are going to get another Ass raping!

This time people know ahead of time and will enjoy the show even more.

I'm trying to remember the name of the best popcorn...:)

From your lips to God's ears.

When they called the grand jury I thought that sounded sort of hopeful, but that could just as easily be so that he has subpoena powers with recalcitrant witnesses rather than going after actual indictments. I'm not going to believe the possibility of any indictments under this whole scheme until I see one.

Not that I can take you half seriously after our last exchange, but here...

Burisma is a sketchy company. They put Hunter on the board for stupid money hoping for favor.

The US and other countries say fuck Shokin for not investigating corruption, including Burisma. Let’s send in Joe to twist their arm by withholding funds for international interests and giving them a tight deadline for firing the fucker.

If Hunter was doing sketchy stuff doesn’t mean Joe was on board because see above.

ETA: I’m sure that made sense in Conager’s mind. Reading comprehension is off the table. Writing skills are directly applicable. All is forgiven if drinking is acknowledged.

They trot out the headline for Trump’s worst days. I think it makes him feel better.
