You're definitely not the only one I've been interested in the idea for a while as well. I tried a couple of implanted triggers while in a FLR a while back. While I was sceptical I will admit they worked for a bit, definitely adds to the feeling of losing control.

What kind of things have you tried so far?

I dedicated over an hour today to this.
The first 20 minutes was just relaxing and getting into the mindless mood.

I then selected a Youtube video (used the audio), and listened thru wireless headphones. The room was somewhat warm and I was laying flat, unclothed, on a comfy sofa.

I was not trying to cum (and didn't). My goal was to get into a deep trance and let the audio work its magic. While I did get somewhat aroused, it was nothing like watching VR-porn. But again, my point was not seeing how easily excited I could become, but how far I could drift down into the trance.

I can only do this once a day with these optimum relaxing settings, but can do it Monday thru Friday. I'll continue for awhile and report anything worthwhile.

I've been exploring this from several directions for some time, love to discuss or perhaps meet IRL if someone is near north or central Tx (roughly Dallas to Waco).

Subjects of interest might be NLP, guided imagery, self hypnosis, enhancement of sensation play, intensifying emotions/excitement, deeper immersion into a scene, building self confidence, increasing awareness of one's self or others, aiding inducing lactation... the list goes on and on.

Of course I've omitted some of the obvious subject matter but interested in really, all aspects and interested in discussing with almost anyone.
If there are couples or women that would like to work toward specific goals or just play with it, I've had some success.
I even think there's value and overlap in simply roleplaying whether online or in person with some specifics being more suited than others

This is an interesting concept to me. I came across an erotic hypnosis group on another platform and decided to search for threads here.
