Whistleblower

You really are a cartoon of equivocation aren't you? You offer to reimburse me for a flight but that was only after you offered to pay for half of the flight. There was no offer to advance any money whatsoever.

You also had no particular agenda for a particular meet up. According to you you're just going to say stuff in a nonviolent way. What would be the point of that? If you had the ability to embarrass me with your words, you could obviously do that here. Why don't you practice?

He's just being a cowardly windbag.

When Eric Ciaramella, a career CIA officer, is confirmed as the "Whistleblower" Adam Schiff will be in deep legal doo doo.

Little faggot activist. He needs a transfer to the Solomon Islands.

Think of this probability. Brennan places Ciaramella in the in the White House to spy on the Trump administration and act as an agent provocateur to leak a line of planned information points to the media to damage Donald Trump. He's found out and kicked out of the White House and returns to the CIA as an analyst. Lt. Col. Vinderman, the Ukrainian born, deep state, Trump hating Obama holdover remains on the NSC where he hears a conversation of the President that allegedly alarms him, so he just happens to give Ciaramella a call who immediately runs over to the House and informs Schiff who then advises him on how to proceed and where to seek legal advice, before sending him to the ICIG. Do we have a federal case for conspiracy to defraud the United States for Schiff and staff and in the case of Vinderman the same plus a possible violation of 18 USC 798?

I love it when the real you comes out. Say it with your chest, Ish!

Oh I mean that in the most derogatory manor possible.

His career with the government is over. He won't be fired, just transferred to a do nothing position without access to anything more important than the ass wipe inventory and absolutely no chance of advancement.

And given the mood of the nation I would advise him to get out of DC and change his name.

I'm not sure on the defrauding the US allegation but conspiracy to commit sedition matches nicely in the fact pattern.

Brennan, Vinderman, Schiff, and Ciaramella right up front with several more waiting in the wings until Durham gets done with his investigation. It's going to get UGLY after that.

You're probably right, sedition is exactly what's going on. Although it seems to me the entire charade is perpetrating a fraud on the United States and harming the government. I found this in regard to 18 USC 371, CONSPIRACY TO DEFRAUD THE UNITED STATES

"Supreme Court in two early cases, Hass v. Henkel, 216 U.S. 462 (1910), and Hammerschmidt v. United States, 265 U.S. 182 (1924). In Hass the Court stated:

The statute is broad enough in its terms to include any conspiracy for the purpose of impairing, obstructing or defeating the lawful function of any department of government . . . (A)ny conspiracy which is calculated to obstruct or impair its efficiency and destroy the value of its operation and reports as fair, impartial and reasonably accurate, would be to defraud the United States by depriving it of its lawful right and duty of promulgating or diffusing the information so officially acquired in the way and at the time required by law or departmental regulation."

And this:

"Although this language is very broad, cases rely heavily on the definition of "defraud" provided by the Supreme Court in two early cases, Hass v. Henkel, 216 U.S. 462 (1910), and Hammerschmidt v. United States, 265 U.S. 182 (1924). In Hass the Court stated:

Sedition? Bwahahahahaha! :D

Sedition? Bwahahahahaha! :D

If two or more persons in any State or Territory, or in any place subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, conspire to overthrow, put down, or to destroy by force the Government of the United States, or to levy war against them, or to oppose by force the authority thereof, or by force to prevent, hinder, or delay the execution of any law of the United States, or by force to seize, take, or possess any property of the United States contrary to the authority thereof, they shall each be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than twenty years, or both.

Yes, Sedition.

Seconded - Bwahahahahaha!

These idiots clearly don't understand what sedition actually means.

Or a coup for that matter.

The funny thing is that the authority for impeachment is in the Constitution itself.

Trump's greatest accomplishment has been highlighting the complete and utter hypocrisy of the republicans.

WHat mood is that? You mean boo'ing POTUS at the world series?

The Seditious conspiracy is the organized efforts from the very beginning whereby certain politically motivated individuals launched an illegal "counter intelligence investigation" that somehow morphed into an illegal "criminal investigation" based on rumor, innuendo, hearsay, and LIES. The efforts that are still attempting to use the impeachment process to falsely accuse and remove a duly elected President based on MORE LIES.

The process isn't the conspiracy but the people behind it are the conspirators. They've fabricated volumes of false statements and events for the purpose of deconstructing and illegally overthrowing the lawful government of the United States.

Since there are more than 2, that's Seditious Conspiracy.

Yes, Sedition.

I think everyone on the NSC should be put on the box and questioned about their motivations, handling of classified information, and connections with the media, and to others in the Congress or government conspiring to disrupt the activities of the Trump administration.

Impeachment is a function of the House, not unelected bureaucrats and nobody in the government has the right to engage in "any conspiracy for the purpose of impairing, obstructing or defeating the lawful function of any department of Government."

Zipman is retreating into the fortress of willful ignorance where it's warm and safe, but outwardly demeaning.;)

Don't worry, he'll come roaring out of his cave, spewing invectives about deplorables and generally making a huge mess, while proclaiming he's smarter than the average bear.

Unfortunately, most bears are smarter than he is because they know they're supposed to hibernate during the winter.
