I am watching a scary movie while in the tub.
The steam from the water has fogged the mirror
Which has the words
“A DEBT NO MO YAS!” And two extra E’s
Spelled down it...
Because friends do weird things with your
“BE AWESOME TODAY” letters when they’re left alone too long.
The bath fizzy I chose
Has given my water an orange tinge
Reminiscent of an odd koolaid I would never drink.
I’m going out tonight.
I’m going to go sing
Because I’m not sure there will be karaoke
On Halloween,
And I need to sing.
I was thinking maybe THIS
Or even THIS
In honour of the day.
Tomorrow will be the last day for pants until December.

I am overdue for a massage, so these hot baths with relaxing water do a good trick to loosen things after a crummy night of working with someone I don’t like much trying to boss me around.

You can most definitely join me here, as long as we brush each other’s hair after... I have a thing about loving to have my hair brushed after a bath or shower. I haven’t had it in years... since my sisters and I were still living together, I think. It just feels so nice as the brush runs over you in a petting/soothing motion.

I made up the challenge last year when I needed something to focus my time on. I decided that even if I couldn’t control a lot of the external things in my life during those days, I could control the simple things, so I set myself the goal of not wearing pants for an entire month. It went really well and I felt really great in the end. Before last November, I hardly wore dresses or shirts, now I don’t even think He’s seen me in pants except in pictures or video.
And so, No Pants November was created.
I have been toying with the idea of creating a thread and posting a pic of my outfits every day for the month. Would there even be interest in that?
