Have you noticed most interracial shelved novels have very limited varieties of people who are chosen to be photographed together in loving poses?

Isn't sex based on race a form of racism? Why should race be a factor one way or the other?
Is sex based on race really just a personal preference. Why is race any different than hair color or height or body type? If I prefer short curvy blondes am I discriminating against tall thin brunettes?Isn't sex based on race a form of racism? Why should race be a factor one way or the other?

To all those in search of their chocolate or vanilla flavor, I wish you well. I hope you find that which tickles your heart and encourages it to sing. Remember to have an open mind and an open heart. No one wants to be used (unless those who choose to be) as a fantasy. Real hearts, minds and feelings exists within both. Treat them with care![]()
Do you find that black women are categorized into three types - the ghetto, the native African who dresses exotically, or the middle class woman next door, just like any white woman, only with dark skin??? Maybe there are others too, but certainly it seems the prevailing tendency is to box black women into particular types that plays out in the erotic images and pornography one finds online. but then porn/erotica does that to all people it seems - it plays off stereotypes (dumb blonde, trailer trash, hijabi Arab, sensual Latina, etc.)...
Yes or they categorize us as angry or with attitudes with our necks rolling. I'm quiet, caramel complexioned, using correct grammar, friendly, caring about others (not selfish, gold digging nor catty towards other females no matter the race, especially my own), willing to make a difference in my community and to a certain extent, smart. Willing to share what I know to help someone out as well. I'm open minded and choose to be even tempered. The media and negative thoughts from others controls thought processes of others by filling the public with negative images of what stereotype has been passed down throughout the years.
We all have been culturally dumbfounded or "programmed" with these images to put us (me and those like me) in a primitive state of mind, lowering the Black female into no more than a fetish for some. I'm not militant, but speaking on how I see from my perspective on how we are categorized and thought of. We range in hues from passing for white to the darkest cherry. I'm somewhere in between.

*Curtseying*Thank you![]()
And here I thought Queens were to be curtsied to, not doing the curtsying! A mere bow of the head, a subtle acknowledgment of your elevated status would be welcomed enough.

A queen, I may be in how I carry myself, yet I'm conscious enough to value humility as well. There are those that may turn up their noses at a compliment, EXPECTING it. I value the chance and opportunity to communicate with others and be friendly.
