I didn't attack Lt Col. Vindman's military service to the country. I will attack him for forgetting his place in the Executive branch of government. The foreign policy of the United States is determined by the President of the United States, not by his subordinates. He should have resigned if he felt he couldn't carry out Trump's policy instead of trying to subvert it.

Just so you know, Lt Col. Vindman came to work every day in the White House wearing a suit and a tie. He only wore his uniform to that hearing for the optics, and I'd bet at the suggestion of Adam Schiff.

Александр Семенович Виндман is also not a natural born U.S. citizen, which makes him constitutionally ineligible for the highest Offices in the land. Why? Because the framers deemed those born elsewhere as always having dual loyalties, at best, and, at worst, holding onto primary loyalty to their mother country. He was born to Soviets in the Soviet Union in what is today known as Ukraine. As was his twin brother Yevgeny, who's also a Lt. Col. in the U.S. Army and who also serves on the National Security Council staff.

Just a relevant reminder:

The Constitution empowers the President of the United States - Vindman's Commander-in-Chief - with foreign policy determination; ie, if Vindman and anyone else doesn't agree with how the President handles foreign policy, then that's their problem, not his. If they can't faithfully serve that constitutional dictate, then they should honorably resign instead of dishonorably violating their sworn oath to "support and defend the Constitution" - treason, literally.

Vindman was either directly or indirectly responsible for killing innocent people during his year in Iraq. Obviously, he didn't find that war crime a big enough moral dilemma to speak out against, as his continued loyalty to and rise through the military's elite bureaucracy evidences. The military careerist, no doubt, is now a true blue deeper stater, his crossover into politically partisan bureaucratic diplomacy complete, the Constitution be damned.

If Democratic Party President FDR, JFK or LBJ was currently in Office instead of Trump, the historic record clear on how they draconianly used their presidential power to retaliate against those they deemed disobedient to it, Vindman would be literally out on his ass right now, his military career finished, any future stabs for the deep state neutered, not even able to score a job pimping hot dogs in Coney Island, his Purple Heart long ago pawned for all the Maruchan Ramen noodles he can eat.

Vindman says, “I stated to Ambassador Sondland that his statements were inappropriate, that the request to investigate Biden and his son had nothing to do with national security,” but Amabassador Soundland found nothing odd or improper in the President's conversation.

The President is the chief law enforcement officer of the United States by oath. He has every right to investigate the unlawful activities of any U.S. citizen engaged in such activities, especially how they relate to a plot to interfere in the 2016 election against his presidential campaign in 2016, which is what you assholes used to be concerned about.

The President of Ukraine has stated his government has found evidence the previous Ukrainian government did in fact plot to interfere with the Trump campaign in order to help Hillary and has delivered the evidence to the DOJ, which is why Durham's investigation was widened and expanded into a criminal investigation..

The President doesn't have to confine his conversations to any particular topic when conversing with a foreign leader, the Lt. Col's concern notwithstanding. The president, not the State Department, the National Security Council, dictates the foreign policy of the United States. People like Vindman are employed to carry it out or resign. The fucking Lt. Col. should be court martial ed for sticking his nose into the politics of the situation as he is supposed to be apolitcal. At the very least he should be disciplined for not knowing his place in the scheme of things and for understanding how his government works under the Constitution he's sworn to protect, but then again he was born in Ukraine when it was part of the Soviet Union.

The transcript renders all of these "leakers" irrelevant.
