I first saw a Mapplethorpe on Patti Smith's Horses album cover. In that photo, Patti Smith rocked my world. I went to a Mapplethorpe Exhibition back in 1990 (?). Thank goodness I was wearing baggy jeans so I didn't have to adjust my walk too much.
