With the car plants and osha up our asses here, there's no getting around it...and I've been doing this for over 20 years.

You're welcome to look up the contract documents for the new Peterson Creek bridge on the Seward highway find out what the requirements are. It's a State job and the State has their people all over it. It's their business and they are OSHA.

Legislating rules for the lowest common denominator never works. There's always someone dumber out there who can figure out a way to get themselves fucked up.
