When she questioned him not looking her in the eye, he said 'I've always been that way. It's not because of you'
Watts also revealed to Cadle he smothered Bella, 4, and Celeste, 3, twice before strangling Shanann at their home in Frederick, Colorado last August
After the murders, Watts told Cadle: 'All I could feel was now I was free to be with Nikki. Feelings of my love for her was overcoming me. I felt no remorse'

It is people like that lead people to demand the restitution of the death penalty in the UK.
We never had a death row. If someone was condemned to death they were executed within a week after all appeals had been considered. No appeal? 24 or 48 hours.
