Joe actually withheld American aid money to BLOCK that prosecutor from investigating Hunter Biden's shady dealings in the Ukraine!

Nope. Hunter Biden had already left that company by that time, and the prosecutor in question was known to be corrupt and the entire Western world wanted him gone. It's just the sort of statesmanship you're always falsely claiming Trump displays.

Byrd voted for the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 while Biden didn't vote (and - you guessed it - Reagan vetoed the bill but it was overridden). They both voted for the Civil Rights Act of 1990, which Bush Sr vetoed, and they both voted for the slightly revised 1991 version which he signed...you're right, they had a lot in common in that regard.
