GIF about facts.
So, in your mind, Guliani is bad because he's Trump's lawyer but the whistleblower's lawyer is good because he's the lawyer for the guy who filed a false complaint against Trump?
And you say the 2 things have absolutely no connection to each other.
It’s the Barr summary all over again. They just keep lapping it up.
What’s even more amusing is they seem to think this is the only thing that is seen as an impeachable offense.I’ll bet money that it is not despite the Republican’s best efforts to obstruct.
I think Giuliani is bad for a lot of reasons, but what is the president's personal lawyer doing involved in a foreign policy matter?
It's like these people haven't watched Trump and Rudy trip all over themselves, backtrack, and lie on national television about all of this.
Being what you call "a klutz" has nothing to do with the truth. So far, just about everything the D's have been saying on this issue has been shown to be a big fat lie. So you resort to the Democrat/socialist playbook and start name calling in an attempt to smear reputations.
The "whistle blower" is now worthless. No one is going to give a shit about what he/she has to say now that the transcript is out. The only thing that is of interest about the "whistle blower" now is their party affiliation.
It still looks like Trump set them up to me.
When you say “no one” I assume you mean you and Trump’s rabid base.
Also, remember how the Justice Department gave its completely unbiased opinion that the DNI should keep the whistleblower's statement under wraps? The not-a-transcript totally implicates Barr in the campaign to dig up dirt on a Trump political rival.
At the very least, he needs to recuse himself from this fuckery. At the very worst, he needs to be in federal prison.

It's fun to see the Trumpettes twist in the wind on this.
I'm sorry to see the telephone call transcript released to the public. Beyond the natural happening--it's not the complete phone call, so it's not acceptable as reliable in an administration that lies about everything--this is just not good in terms of international communications between nations. Now no foreign leader can assume that exchanges at the top with a U.S. president can be kept out of the public eye. Business between governments just can't work with that level of transparency. Transcripts going to congressional committees is one thing--releasing them to the public is quite another.
There's no question the whistleblower material should go to the Congress (and the Senate has now weighed in unanimously on that). It's the law. Everyone in the Trump regime--from the DNI to the president to Bill Barr--are engaging in criminal activity on this (and a host of other obstructionist activity) and deserve to be removed from office on this issue alone.
Democrat Senators reached out to Ukraine in May 2018 and asked for their assistance in investigating Trump
“In the letter, they implied that their support for U.S. assistance to Ukraine was at stake” https://www.washingtonpost.com/opin...tigation-might-do-more-hurt-biden-than-trump/ …
The director of the DNI is going to testify tomorrow am. Prior to that point I expect the complaint to be sent to Congress. I'm waiting to hear if the DNI is going to say they're considering prosecuting the person who made the false complaint. I suspect he will not and the liar will walk.
What you're bitching about is essentially that the complaint wasn't released IMMEDIATELY and prior to the IG investigating it.
Which has me wondering how you feel about protecting sources, methods, and ongoing investigations?
