A COUP by the FBI and CIA

Comey had two FBI spies in the White House reporting to him, FBI official Anthony Ferrante and Jordan Rae Kelly. The American Center for Law and Justice, headed by Jay Sekulow outlines it in their suit against the DOJ for failure to meet a FOIA deadline.

you are right

its not entrapment, cause its NOT ILLEGAL to do biz in Russia

In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent or agent of the state induces a person to commit a criminal offense that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit. It "is the conception and planning of an offense by an officer or agent, and the procurement of its commission by one who would not have perpetrated it except for the trickery, persuasion

BUT WE ALL KNOW THE TRUTH.....NOW WE KNOW WHY SO MANY ASKED SO OFTEN ABOIT THE PROJECT

“Tough-on-crime” sorts love entrapment until it’s one of their own.

Nonsense. There are those whose mindset is that we should be a nation of laws and then there are those whose mindset that we are a nation ruled by our wise betters and our laws are all a living, breathing body of work subject to the whims of interpretation to best empower government to do what is best for the collective.

Everyone is for Law and Order in their own neighborhood until the wrong sort of people end up incarcerated because of their behavior.

A good friend of mine was the last chief of police for a now-defunct police department in a very small town. He was paid very little for the job and did it primarily out of a sense of duty. Eventually as chief of police in a declining town, he was pretty much the only law in town and took the job seriously, responding to each and every call and doing his best to separate various combatants and to jail those who have broken laws until such time as the local judge could determine whether it was reasonable to release this person pending trial or the city of attorney made a determination as to whether to go forward with charges or not. A lot of arrest warrants are basically catch-and-release where you have them sign and agree to appear and where that was reasonable to do so he would simply do that.

He spent far more time arguing with various friends family members of the accused or those that had initially called him about this or that crime being committed then he spent actually engaged in police work. Everybody wanted to litigate this over his home phone on each and every occurrence of a crime.

He finally simply announce ld that obviously none of you are interested in Law and Order so you can just deal with your altercations on your own and contact the County if you really feel you need law enforcement.

By the way... Why is the "intel community" listening to President Trump's phone conversations?

Yep, the President is the final legal arbiter of what is classified and what isn't classified, all executive department classification authority flows from the executive. He can say anything he wants.

The Intelligence Community has ZERO oversight authority over the President, ZERO. The Intel Community has no authority to spy on the President and then go squeal to Congress.

Listen to this stone cold Nevertrumper Phil Mudd when asked about the actions of that alleged"whistle blower," it ought tell the left something.

This is just another attempt to damage the President.
