A guy walks into a bar and restaurant. Mosey's up to a table with about a dozen people sitting there, and starts talking.
No big deal....but then, he starts yelling. Then....screaming.
He pulls out a handgun, and starts shooting.
Place is crowded, and folks start diving under tables, and under the bar. What do you do?
He shoots till he unloads. While he is reloading, a guy, from out of town, who just happens to have a CCW, and is armed, pops him twice in the X-ring.
Two are dead.
Two more are in critical....others, have also been shot.
Question: How many more, would be dead, if that guy, armed, was not in there? The perp was reloading.....and about to start shooting again.....think he was doing that so he was ready for the next bar?
Is that a need?
Think some bullshit law, would have prevented him from coming in there with a gun in the first place? He was a felon.....couldn't buy a gun, or own one. Law....be damned. That's why they call them criminals.
