Hello, World

Great photo, and useful comment above about putting the picture in a quote box. Had seen that before but didn't think of it when I started posting photos again.

Thank you, Tol.

Looks like we are trying to solve the same problem and this quote tags idea seems to work.

Yeah, I prefer to embed, but when everyone proceeds to quote the image it just jumbles the thread up so much.

Good Wednesday morning!

A bit of bitchy side of PK: come on in, let's play!

Oh my goodness!!! Absolutely LOVE this one. Not that the others are bad. I just really like this one. 💙💙. Also great AV! Glad you finally got one. :rose:

Yep, couple hours of battle of the sexes thread and I got my post count to a hundred :)

Gorgeous new pic honey. I don’t see bitchy at all

Thank you.

The "bitchy" part has more to do with how I felt at the moment. I see it there, because I know what I meant, but it might've not transferred well...

Was shooting something yesterday and, like most of my selfies, it involved a lot of takes. Tape phone to something as high as possible, set timer for 10 sec, fall down, check that I am more or less in the right spot, wait for timer to go off, get up, check the result, repeat. Repeat. Repeat. Repeat. (If nothing else, it counts as a workout.)

On one of iterations the camera went off when I was trying to check if I finally got what I wanted. I did not, but the accidental shot looked fun enough in itself:

I wish all accidents looked this good.

That is a very happy accident! Or at least the view makes me happy:D

😂 oh trust me we’re experiencing the same shooting issues. What has helped me is a selfie stick that’s also a tripod and has a Bluetooth remote. Cost me about $25 off Amazon search Yoozon S10

Great thread 👏🏻

Myself i wouldn't say it was an accident I'd say you are photographer.

Some can stage shots and get mostly what they want. Some shoot randomly and get a reasonable shot of what they want.
Myself I always shoot a lot of shots because I know if I stage it I'm more likely wrong and if I shoot many some in rapid succession some slower and and some even though it may not be as I was aiming for,,,one usually and sometimes more than one turns out to be spectacular.

Keep on shooting, we all have our ways of doing things. ;)

Thank you :)

As far as technical side goes, I think I am almost at the limit of what I can pull out of the cell. And with Nikon there will not be this problem as it is easily controlled by an app. It works both as a remote to trigger the shot and gives live preview.

Still might go with the selfie stick, if I come up with public place scenarios where tripod and normal camera will be way out of place.

I use the remote app from my phone to control my mirrorless camera.. less trips. I'm not super mobile these days :p

Edit: just read your reply to DDBB, exactly the same as my Sony can do. Handy function isn't it :) but yeah, for out and about, selfie stick can come in handy.. or a monopod with same app

Thank you and sorry about your back.

I was trying to stay away from DSLR to keep this kosher, but there is only so much that can be done with a cell.

I'm on my third am pics thread. First was with ancient digital tech.. second with my wife with Cell phones a decent point and shoot. This time, figured I'd go for broke :p since I own the gear, may as well make use of it.

Late to the party, but what's that saying... Better to be late at the golden gate than to arrive in Hell on time...

You are very beautiful and sexy. Love your photos, particularly like some of those B&W ones you have shared. Quite artistic AND erotic at the same time.

 QUESTION

What is the best way to post pictures?
Options:
1. Post a link.
Pros: takes just one line of text
Cons:
- opens a new window
- hard to find comments with pictures.

2. Insert actual picture
Pros: easy to find all the puctures -- just flip through the thread.
Cons: most comments will include pictures as well.
Possible solution: before each and every picture ask not to do this. Will it help?

3. Comnination of 1 and 2, i.e. post both, but ask to have only the link in comments.

Any thoughts?

Wanted to answer this, thought it looks like you have found your solution. I like the links (option 1), because while it does open in another window, if that image is actually bigger you can open it to full size. However, which ever way suits you, I am perfectly fine with.
