That's a bad run. You will come good in a bit, you don't seem like the fall in a heap type. Just roll with it and come back to life when you are ready.
It sounds like you need to start planning for your speech at Hiroko's wedding after all. Lovely diamond selection for her.

Thank you, I'm used to the great cycle of life but these little buggers that pop off the coil at a moments notice gives a bit of a beating. Anyway onwards we go.

Regular running and swimming, and touch wood, a hormone balance that has held out pretty well to date by most standards, and not too disrupted by kids. Probably helps living in temperate climates which doesn't tell the body to stay warm.
But who knows what awaits as life progresses.

Huge condolences. Never had a horse, but I have had pets that I have lost. They are part of the family, and when you welcome them into your heart, that's how you feel. So my sincerest of condolences for your loss.
