Coffee and bacon are perfect! I'm still struggling with Inet access while getting an apartment ready and still waiting for the final job interview. Come to think of it, maybe a wee dram of whiskey would be better. Oh but it's only Monday.

Internet for the forums was down for a while and I've finally got my eyeballs under control enough to see somewhat clearly. Interesting afternoon for sure.

Okay, you guys were complaining about the small cups and I didn't even see any coffee cups until later. A very nice pic pixie. You'll have plot bunnies up to the ass if you keep that up. ;)

I have four stories ready for the Summer contest but in what order should I post them? Small to large or random? All at once or a few days apart? So many questions.

Still working on my one story aimed at Summer Lovin' - it's looking to be over 80K words at the current rate. And still debating whether I should forgo the event and post the beast as several chapters. Though I've learned a lot doing it and and having fun I'm going to aim for something just a tad bit less ambitious for the next one out of the chute.

80k is about 21 pages. Long stories usually do well in contests.
 
Morning, everyone. Or... crap, it's afternoon already, over here at least. Guess that's what I get for making it a late night writing and editing. Did get a lot of work done though, the end of my long list of stories to edit is finally in sight. I love helping people out like that, but I might have been a bit too enthusiastic when it came to accepting stories. Guess some lessons are better learned the hard way...

I get to spend it waiting for a repair guy to show up... sometime...

I’ll need more than one cup today.

I really feel like a coffee now, but it’s 9.30pm. Decaf is never an option!
 
My MIL has decaf soy vanilla lattes - or the “why bother”.
