Took my pup for a walk to get the paper (my paper box is a 1/4 mile up the road). Upon return I sat and read it while sipping a cup of coffee. After that I checked in here. When I'm done I'm going to take my boat out and pull the crab traps I set yesterday. After that I've got a few hours of pressure washing to do on my sister's roof. A nice quiet Sunday.

Hi Scarellt, it's been a while!
Well in the UK it's now 11pm. I 'm lonesome in my bed but earlier I just chilled for first time in a long while. My partner is not keen on the farmyard stuff so its separate rooms but I am happy to receive visits from fwb.

Absolutely! Gotta have my morning paper. A computer or tablet just isn't a stand in for news print. I sit outside so my pup can run around and be a pup. Besides, come winter you can only start one fire with a tablet.
The day was going really good until I went out to pull my crab pots. I couldn't find either one (I had 'em mark on my GPS). I finally located one of them and when I pulled it, it was empty, the bait bag had been opened and emptied and the door had been proped open using the bait bag. In other words someone had robbed it and left it that way so I would know. The other one I never did find. I suspect it was taken since it was a heavy duty commercial style pot. I knew I shouldn't have set them where I did. Commercial season is on and there were a lot of commercial posts around. I think one of them did it. A chicken shit thing to do.
It was a nice trip out and back though. The water was smooth, the weather was not to cold or hot. It didn't make up for loosing my pot or some cowardly asshole pulling my pots, but it helped sooth my sour soul.
