I certainly don't expect that, but the title of the thread includes a third person singular pronoun. That would indicate Trump said he will personally accomplish what the thread describes.

Cheeto is given direct credit by his supporters to everything they seem to think is a plus or a win under his tenure, even if it's a failed potential promise like Mexico paying for the wall, so I don't see any problem in the semantics here, which is used on virtually every political leader, anywhere.
