There is a VA and a MD thread so I doubt you will get more on this thread than the other threads just because people just don't post that much. Plus it is almost all guys anyway.

It is hard to get people to actually participate on the thread and even harder to get people to meet in real life. I have been trying for years and only have met a couple of women for real. Wish you luck.

No. There are hardly any women on the MD or VA threads so unfortunately I have not been able to gain the interest of any but can only keep on trying.
