Spice that pig up!
it just needs ketchup
Dry brine the pork (salt it) and leave it in the fridge for a while. Then, slap some Memphis rub on it when the coals are heating up. You won't be sorry.
I keep a SWMBO approved version of the Memphis rub available at all times for pork. It's great for chops, ribs, pork shoulders, etc. That doesn't mean I use it exclusively, because I don't, but it's a good go-to.
of all of my dietary restrictions, i miss ketchup the most

Wait, taco dip?
Nah..I think maybe Ketchup is trademarked, or something.
Just an alternate spelling.
I have no doubt this is true. I can't imagine driving one of those beasts.Got to admit, I'm not the fastest FLT driver in the world. Out of practise. But I bet I can reverse a 40ft into a bay faster than any of you cunts. And not crack an egg between the dock and the trailer.
If YOU can't have ketchup, something in the universe is really off...of all of my dietary restrictions, i miss ketchup the most
Exactly. One of the most iconic Hot Dog joints in Chicagoland doesn't have ketchup for the fries.Ketchup on hot dogs?

And relish.
And relish.
Sweet pickle relish, always. And onions. And some kraut. With the mustard.
