Alternate Blurting II: Bandito

I can both out fork any of you fuckers, and out fuck any of you forkers.

Got to admit, I'm not the fastest FLT driver in the world. Out of practise. But I bet I can reverse a 40ft into a bay faster than any of you cunts. And not crack an egg between the dock and the trailer.

Spice that pig up!

it just needs ketchup

Dry brine the pork (salt it) and leave it in the fridge for a while. Then, slap some Memphis rub on it when the coals are heating up. You won't be sorry.

I keep a SWMBO approved version of the Memphis rub available at all times for pork. It's great for chops, ribs, pork shoulders, etc. That doesn't mean I use it exclusively, because I don't, but it's a good go-to.

Nice. Ended up just using a little A1. Ketchup?? How dare you??

:p

I'm tempted to do another degree. I haven't done one in a few years.

All kidding aside, Sean, the one thing I've always admired about you is your desire to keep learning.

Good luck on getting your Call Center Gruntology degree next!

Is catsup a regional thing ?

I found recipes for walnut catsup and mushroom catsup in an old cookbook.

Fannie Farmer, maybe.

Wait, taco dip?

Refried black beans, started in the instant pot, finished on the stove

Seasoned ground chicken, cut up chicken breast with lime juice and homemade taco seasoning, ground it in the food processor and then sauteed with some Olive oil

Pico de Gallo, minus the onion, plus jalapeno and orange bell pepper

Chopped lettuce, grated white cheddar

Topped with cilantro/lime/scallion sour cream.

I have no doubt this is true. I can't imagine driving one of those beasts.
of all of my dietary restrictions, i miss ketchup the most
If YOU can't have ketchup, something in the universe is really off...
Ketchup on hot dogs?

Just eew.
Exactly. One of the most iconic Hot Dog joints in Chicagoland doesn't have ketchup for the fries.

And relish.

Relish, yes, but no ketchup.

And the dogs MUST be Vienna.

I wanna try the bloody mary on a dog!

As for dogs..sometimes I'm good with a ball park...sometimes I like the extra saltiness of an all beef vienna or nathans.
