Mostly just helping keep the post alive, anything to help. But also because I find the scenario great! It's almost movie like. You have a piece of information with no approachable way to find your stranger, so you reach out in hopes that the greater community and fates will find a way to reunite you.
Makes me think a little along the Serendipity lines
